Nplus Hotel Tokyo Nihonbashi

The room was super tiny. 2 people barely can fit there. The location is nice. You can reach 3 different metro lines in 5-10 minutes of walk. The neighborhood is very local and quiet. The first day, the staff just changed towels

Nice location. Took airport coach and got off at TCAT, Tokyo City Air Terminal, walked 8 minutes to hotel. Two nearby underground train stations nearby. There are many shops and restaurants nearby from the EDO period, including freshly-made udon which always has a queue, tempura, sushi shops and dessert shop from 1833! Worth visiting!

Very pleasant stay! The hotel is new and everything is nice and clean. Simple yet that’s all I need for trip.

A quiet local area with lots of restaurants around! The room was small but clean, there was a projector in the room to watch youtube and netflix. Laundry was free of charge which was amazing.

The room was very clean and cozy, although small. The windows were big with a nice view. We had a projector in the room with a netflix subscription, which was quite a pleasant surprise. There was a problem with our toilet and the staff quickly fixed it. The breakfast was meh, just a very plain convenience store sandwich and a small pack of juice. There are free beverages in the lobby though which are available throughout the day. The location is okay, there is nothing particularly interesting in the area, although there are multiple subway lines nearby, which makes it easier to get to different areas in the city. Akihabara is really close. Overall a very nice hotel, especially if you are in Tokyo for the first time and plan to explore multiple areas of the city

Absolutely dreadful experience staying at this “hotel.” 1. Cramped Spaces: The rooms and common areas are shockingly small. There is only one elevator, resulting in long wait times. The lack of space in the rooms led to me stabbing my toes on the bed twice because of the limited maneuvering space. 2. Horrendous Laundry Service: There is no coin laundry service. I had to hand over my laundry to the front desk, only to receive it back in the worst possible condition. All my clothes were crammed into a single bag, resulting in the worst wrinkles ever. It was so bad, a had to buy new clothes for the rest of the trip. Couple of my shirts also got bleach stains on them forcing me to toss them. 3. Inconvenient Location: The hotel's location is poor, with little to explore in the immediate neighborhood. Additionally, all important subway stations are over 10 minutes away on foot. 4. Lack of Room Service/Cleaning: Room service is supposed to be provided every other day, according to hotel policy. Despite hanging the cleaning sign on the doorknob, over our 7 day stay, our bed was made only once and our room was never cleaned. Inconsistently, they took out our trash and gave us new towels. I have never experienced this in any hotels ever! I would take my money and go to an actual hotel.

The hotel room is relatively small and has a minimal space for luggage but I’d still give this an excellent review considering its reasonable price and respectful staffs. I highly recommend this hotel to friends and will consider to stay here again on my next Tokyo trip.

The location of the hotel is very good - 500 m in any direction and you will find a subway. Now the not so nice parts: we said we would like to have a quiet room and the first room we got was on third floor with two paper thin aluminum windows - you could hear everything from outside. the mattress is rather short and hard but that preference I guess. The blinds don't block light. When we asked to change the room after night 1 they said they were fully booked, when I asked again in the evening the offered to change the next day which we than did. This room was better from the outside noises. Unfortunately the walls are also paper thin and someone seemed to have an early flight and from 3 am to 4 it was a constant banging and talking. At 9 the cleaning crew is chatting happily in the hallway. The other nights were similar, someone having a party, someone taking a path at 2 in the morning etc. etc. - let's say I haven't slept so little in a long time. A weird thing was that our room wasn't cleaned in 6 days at all - luckily I found the supply closet in the hallway and could restock on toilet paper and towels myself - but maybe that normal for Japan. I cannot recommend this hotel at all - maybe if you are here for party and are young and sleep is optional it's fine for you. Breakfast is a juice box from family mart and a sad sandwich - might as well skip it. Staff was nice and tried to help - all of them seem to be Chinese as are most guests.
