actually it’s been my third time of staying this hotel, really good location, the hotel got everything you need, like the lounge, coin laundry, basic amenities provided at the lobby, there used to be a beverage machine for free to help yourself, but it was gone at my last visit.

very convenience, this hotel is very near train station.

Room is small, with a window but surprisingly it's facing to a wall ! It's totally useless. For those pursuing quality holidays, then it's unlikely recommend to book this hotel though it's location is convenient.

Great location, 5 mins walk from JR Ueno, and 5 mins walk to Slyliner to airport. Small room but just nice for a night stay, very clean, nearby with lots of eatery, very convenient

Not too far from train station. Room is decent side in Tokyo standard. We could open two large luggage easily.

Looking at the hotel's facade, i am bit unsure since it is a narrow building compare the others. The room is small, typical japanese hotel and bit stuffed since i traveled with husband and a baby. But we managed sleep one night without accident. But I'm not recommending sleep more than one night of you travel with baby and spouse in one bed. Anyway, the staff is polite and nice. They give me kids kit which a nice touch. Location is ok. 10 minutes away from the station. Price is reasonable.

the location is nice but you need to walk for a while to JR station. the view is splendid as you can see skytree outside your window without spending an arm and a leg.

very accomodating staff clean and complete in our necessary needs like toiletries. i simply recommended this hotel,eventhough we rental the service going to mt. fuji,disneyland and disneysea i saw that ueno station was very near and the hotel place is very much accesible for everything you need like shopping,food and the road iis along the doorstep.

The location of the hotel is excellent. There are lots of restaurants nearby.

Great place to stay to explore Tokyo. Easy to get there and from Narita and from Haneda . A lot of places of interest on a walking distance . Tons of restaurants just one step from the hotel . And absolutely amazing people, who work on the reception.Any question, any help , they are always there for you ❤️ Thank you, guys and girls very much , you help to make my first trip to Japan unforgettable 🌹
