We choose 2 single beds room, it was just nice for a small family with 2 kids. Daily complimentary breakfast was awesome, simple and healthy. The location is perfect! We never expect the train exit is just beside the hotel main door😆 And yeah convenient store is just few steps away, that is a must stop place before we head back to hotel room!

Nice location and view. The bathroom needs renovation, but everything is clean and comfortable. Reasonable price for this location and comfort.

Facilities: The room size is quite generous for Tokyo standards. However, the bathroom is indeed tiny, with a small bathtub and toilet. Plus, there's a significant step-down, which is really inconvenient. Cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness is excellent. It's neat and tidy. Environment: The hotel is located in the very quiet and pleasant residential area of Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, which is lovely. It's also super close to the subway. Service: The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and welcoming. Overall, a very good stay!

It’s a very comfortable and cozy hotel. The rooms were always clean, and they were cleaned every day. The breakfast was really delicious, especially the scrambled eggs! You can have coffee and tea 24/7. The staff is very friendly. Also, there is a FamilyMart and a subway station near the hotel — it’s very convenient. I will definitely return to this place.

The hotel is incredibly close to the subway station, with a convenience store right next door and a supermarket nearby. The breakfast is delicious and offers a good variety of options. The room size is decent, and the staff are very enthusiastic!

Really good budget hotel for Tokyo, small but comfortable rooms. Really nice staff and efficient housekeeping system. I had a very comfortable week days here, only drawback was breakfast. Having stayed at other comfort hotel branches in Tokyo this breakfast was very basic and i often missed it and went straight out. Convenient above a metro stop on two lines, 30 minutes to most major places in Tokyo. Also above a 24 hour family mart.

This hotel is incredibly convenient. The location is excellent, right next to a subway station, making it super easy to get around. The rooms are also very soundproof. I highly recommend staying here. Just a heads-up, one of the rooms is a single twin-bed room, not suitable for two people, so be sure to double-check when booking. They also sell subway passes at the hotel, which is a great bonus!

Really clean and nice hotel. Got everything we needed. Staffs are really friendly and breakfast was nice and healthy. Room might be a little bit small but no other complaints aside from that.

The room was a little small which is common for Tokyo hotels. However, the aircond is dusty and causing the room unpleasant air quality and smell. Good side is the breakfast, variety choice and tasty.

The hotel service was good, and the location is excellent, right next to the subway station. Breakfast was just okay, but the staff were very good and attentive. Although the room was small, the facilities were all great.

The room is spacious, and the transportation is super convenient. There are supermarkets and drugstores nearby, and dining options are also plentiful! You can even see the Skytree.

My stay here was fantastic! The hotel is situated in a local neighborhood, not swarming with tourists, which gives it a wonderfully authentic vibe. A convenience store is conveniently located just a few steps away downstairs. Moreover, direct access to the Oedo and Hanzomon subway lines right below the hotel means you can reach popular areas like Shinjuku, Ueno, and Akihabara without any transfers. For those planning a trip to Disneyland, it's incredibly convenient too; a quick bus-to-subway transfer gets you right to the park entrance in under half an hour. Seriously, the transport links here are unbeatable!
