The Toei Oedo Line is incredibly convenient, and the hotel is right next to exit B1, which makes it even better. The hotel room is a bit small but perfectly adequate. The breakfast quality is excellent, and they offer daily drinks and coffee. After breakfast hours, that area transforms into a reading and conversation space. I would definitely come back again!

Great location, near Kiyosumi Shirakawa Station, breakfast ok, and receiptionis are friendly. I am four times stay here.

The location is super convenient, right by the B1 exit of Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station on the Oedo Line. The free breakfast was decent. The only minor issue was the small bed, but everything else was great. For Tokyo, the price was really low. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The location is fantastic! It's right across from Kiyosumi Gardens, and Blue Bottle Coffee is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is practically on top of the subway entrance, which saved us so much time every day. There are two subway lines, the Hanzomon Line and the Asakusa Line, offering direct access to Narita Airport, Ginza, and Shinjuku. There's a Family Mart on the ground floor of the hotel and a Lawson across the street. The breakfast was also good, and you could even take it back to your room. Our room was cleaned daily. The 2nd-floor restaurant, besides breakfast, is open for use all day, with 24-hour tea and coffee available. The vending machines and laundry room are by the stairs, and the front desk can even break large bills if you don't have exact change. We saw a lot of Western tourists, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Very good and convenient with just a few steps to the metro. There are kombini next door and opposite. Overall a very good and pleasant stay in Comfort Hotel.

The breakfast was relatively rich and tasted good. The room was cleaned daily, which is better than other hotels in Japan that clean every 2-3 days. The hotel is close to Blue Bottle Coffee, about a 10-minute walk, so coffee lovers might enjoy staying here.

The location is great! The hotel is right next to a subway station, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions in Tokyo. There are also several convenience stores and affordable bento shops nearby. We were 2 adults and 1 child (8 years old) and the twin room wasn't cramped at all. You can even see the Skytree from the room – you can specify a high-floor room facing the Skytree when booking. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the staff were very friendly. The only downsides were that breakfast only runs until 9:30 AM and you have to check out by 10 AM. However, it offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful hotel - the best among 4 hotels stayed throughout my Japan trip. Subway exit (with escalator) is literally just next to the hotel (less than 10 steps), and a 24hour family mart next to it too. Hotel staffs are super polite and warm, freeflow coffee and tea at lobby, great buffet breakfast, very clean and new room with everything provided. The hotel even kindly lend out umbrellas on a rainy day. 10/10 rating for Comfort Hotel Kiyosumi Shirakawa, thank you to all staffs for accommodating us!

Everything else was great, and the location was super convenient, right next to a subway exit. The breakfast was also quite good. However, one night, a female staff member at the front desk was very rude. All the other staff members were friendly.

This was my second stay here, and the location is incredibly convenient! It's right next to the B1 exit for both the Oedo Line and Hanzomon Line, and there's an escalator, which is a huge plus. A 7-Eleven is also right next door. I even discovered a new instant noodle flavor there that was delicious! The hotel offers breakfast, but it starts at 6:30 AM. I had to rush for my flight this time, so I didn't get to try it. Getting to Narita Airport is also super easy – just take the Hanzomon Line to Oshiage Station, then transfer to the Skyline, and you'll be there in just over an hour! The room is 13 square meters, which is a bit small, but it's perfectly fine for a solo traveler! At around 400 yuan a night, it's definitely a no-brainer for anyone looking for good value for money.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's literally five steps from the subway exit, and there's a convenience store right on the ground floor. The breakfast was decent; some reviews said it was amazing, but honestly, it was just standard and filling. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo. There's also a local supermarket nearby, which is a plus. Oh, and there's a yakitori place at the crossroads that is incredibly delicious!

The hotel's location is fantastic. Turn right out of the hotel and you're at the subway station in just one minute. The Hanzomon and Oedo lines can take you to most places in the city directly or with just one transfer. There aren't any large commercial areas nearby, so it's quite quiet, and not many dining options. To the south, there are several temples, so if your room faces south, you'll see quite a few graveyards outside your window 😂. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is on par with what you'd expect from a 1000+ yen breakfast at most hotels. Now for the downsides: the bathroom floor is about 20 centimeters higher than the room, which makes getting in and out a bit awkward. The bed is right next to the window, and the window is drafty. Plus, the noise from the air conditioning unit outside drifts in, which really affects sleep.

A nice hotel in Koto City, super duper near to the MRT station where escalator available in both direction. Nearby also have quite number of convenient stores, local food restaurants, cafe etc. The hotel kind enough to provide me Tokyo Skytree room view.

Excellent location right next to Family mart and a metro stop. Room is in good condition, standard Japanese hotel room. The breakfast was very delicious in the morning and a huge benefit as there were not many open breakfast stores open early in the morning nearby. I strongly recommend staying here
