Small room, Normal service, Close to Seven Eleven. Not delicious restaurant around. Can see Skytree

Very kindly to let us check in earlier and the location is super close to the station. We can hear the traffic noise in the room even at night but somehow I still slept well

Great location! Away from all the crowds but still close to Lawson 7-11 and tonkatsu downstairs. There’s no staircase to pull up and down your luggages.

The room is ok. We booked corner room with a little bit bigger space. The location is quite good and quiet. It's quite a long walk to Keisei skyliner. There is only 1 elevator so we have to wait quite long. Maid service is not available during our stay. We have to put the garbage and the bath towels to the 2nd floor before check out.

Good in services and facilities. It is very convenient for taking JR, trams and also skyliner.

I arrived past 10pm and the staff sent an email reminder to call if I don’t see anyone. Two staff were present to help with smooth check-in. A very cozy and clean room. Tip for light sleepers: the hotel faces the highway (by the road), so it can be noisy through the night.

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. There's a food court and many shops nearby, and it's very close to Ueno Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but overall, I was very satisfied with the trip.

It will be better if it can be repaired. There was a power outage on the 9th floor on the night of check-in. There was no power supply in the whole room, and there was no power in the connected room.
