Great location, tucked away in a quiet residential area. They have a vending machine for drinks, which is a nice touch. There's also a hot spring bath on the first floor, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast is included and offers both Western and Chinese options – simple but tasty. The only downside is that the room is really, really small.

Nice quiet neighbourhood in Shinagawa. Convenient location with trains to many areas. Aeon mall just a few minutes walk away. Many eateries around the area too.

We've stated other super hotels in Japan before and this one is definitely subpar. The rooms are quite standard but AC does not work in the hallways or the elevator which might be common but exacerbates the fact that this particular one is not as good as the others. The onsen area is quite small compared to other hotels. The breakfast is quite different than other hotels and is reflected in the cheaper price that you pay. It is far from popular tourist areas but there is a main strip on the way to the train station that has excellent food so location is better in some ways. Garbage and dishes tend to gather quite a bit as workers won't clear them out until the end of service. The food was also subpar as scrambled eggs were not prepared properly and selection was quite limited and low quality.

It was a great place to stay in Shinagawa. Didn't think it was too loud/noisy and the area was rather lowkey. It was in the exact middle between Aomono-Yokochou and Shimbamba Stations (both of which are serviced by the Keikyu Line that goes in/out of Haneda) and not too far from Shinagawa Station for transfers onto all of the other major transit lines. Honestly, the location was just good enough for me to reach the places I needed to be and quiet enough that I could relax when I was tired. Hotel had an onsen and laundry available for use but I didn't use either during my stay, so can't comment on them as a whole beyond this. The breakfast in the morning had a large variety of choice from more "traditional" Japanese breakfast foods to "western" options, so I think anyone can find something they can enjoy in the morning before they head out. The room was just enough space for myself and my luggage, but I can see it getting hectic with 2 people (there are other sized rooms, but the one I was staying in seemed designed to hold up to 2 people with minimal luggage at most). Staff were very friendly and pleasant the whole time. Will definitely consider this place again the next time I happen to be in the metro area!

Excellent hotel with included breakfast and sento. Great TV and desk space too. Small for a couple but that’s normal for Japan. No need for door keys or keycards just a simple code - and to check out, just walk out! No need to visit front desk. Highly recommend.

Honestly, it was alright. I just made a booking mistake and somehow ended up at this location. I was under the impression it was near Shinagawa Station, but it turned out to be quite a distance away. The breakfast was decent too; it's just that the travel time was longer than I anticipated.

Best place for stay in Tokyo, with all access to everything

Complimery Green tea is nice, breakfast is good.

The laundry service here is incredibly cheap – just 200 yen per wash, and drying is absolutely free!

I was charged with 10000Yen because I had two children, but I see on the website that chiildren under6 can stay for free.

It is a great hotel to stay at if you are solo traveling in Japan as the room are a little small. Therefore, having 2 person in one room might be a challenge.
