This hotel is amazing! It is near the train station and towards the more quiet side of shinjuku! Security is great too! They provide all the toiletries including hair essence oil, face toner, face lotion, shaving cream, shaver! They even provide nice smelling bath salt!! The only thing is maybe they should provide more washing machine as the queue is non stop unless you choose the odd timing to do laundry! Otherwise all amenities is great! Bed is super comfy, pillows awesome! Design modern and clean! The pyjamas provided is also very comfortable!

All the staff were very friendly. Location was rather convenient. Convenience stall at the basement of the hotel. Amenities were provided. The pyjamas was comfortable and kept us warm. Coin laundry was available and the price was reasonable. What was great was the availability of the machines could be viewed through the TV in the room. It also informed you of the time left for the machine you are using. Will definitely stay there again!

Took bus straight from Narita to Hilton hotel then walk less than 10mins to reach. About 5 mins walk to subway station. 7-11 at hotel basement and cafe. Very convenient. Huge bathroom in family room. Will book again. Washing machine available at 500yen.

Room was a little small but cosy. Bathroom was luxurious in comparison. I had an early train to catch and they didn’t allow me to have a take away breakfast which was a shame. I had better service in hotels in developing countries in this regard.

Friendly staff, good location, close to metro station. Walking distance to many areas but at the same time quiet area if you need some rest and enjoy local restaurants.

Will do it for sure if visit shinjuku again , better option if prefer to have bigger good room near shinjuku , walking to main shinjuku around 20mins, 5 mins walking to the closest MRT west shinjuku , the stay is almost prefect

Good hotel , a bit far from JR shinjuku station .breakfast room is to small cannot served guests at rush hour.

The hotel was a little bit away from shinjuku, so location wise is not bad.
The hotel staff was quick, polite and responsive.
The rooms were clean and tidy, albeit a bit small.
They have a 7-11 right at the basement of the hotel which was very convenient.

From the time we step in the hotel,only great experience.
Great location near restaurants, super Market, metro station.
20 minutes to shinjuko station.
Hotel very clean, room for 3 people very comfortable.
Staffing 100% Great very friendly.
If you have a kid with you they even give a gift bag.
