I really liked this place. The family area was just right, though opening suitcases was a bit tricky. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfect for four people. We booked a family room with two king-size beds but ended up getting two bunk beds instead. The hotel has all the amenities except for a fridge and drinking water. What I loved most was having cooking utensils, an electric stove, and a pot, but since we only stayed one night, we didn't get to use them. There's a convenience store right in front of the hotel. Buses pass by regularly, and it's only a 6-minute walk to Anamori-Inari Station. We connected from here to Terminal 3 at the airport, which was super convenient. Check-in wasn't as difficult as many reviews suggested; there were multiple languages to choose from, and filling out the information only took a little time.

From the outside, it looked like a nondescript commercial building, but inside, it was a surprisingly comfortable and legitimate hotel. The front desk was unmanned, and check-in involved scanning a QR code on a tablet. However, as I don't have a Japanese phone number and my eSIM wasn't connecting well, I ran into trouble checking in. I was able to get assistance via a video call terminal nearby, and I then received an email with my room number, key code, and lobby door access code. All doors, except the main street-facing entrance, are accessed via a passcode. I stayed in a bunk-bed room on the 4th floor. With a refrigerator, induction hob, crockery, kettle, and sink, it felt well-equipped not just for my one-night stay, but also for longer visits. The shower and washlet toilet were spotless, and there were no strange odors from the towels or pillows. I didn't have time to use it, but the presence of a projector was an interesting touch. It always strikes me how uniquely Japanese and clever it is that the toilet flush water is reused for the sink above the tank! My only complaint was that the duvet was too heavy.

I have a great stay for few days nearby the airport. Everything is right for me, I will definitely come back here again.

I arrived at Haneda late at night and needed a place to stay nearby before picking up a rental car the next morning. This hotel was a good option — only about a 1,200 yen taxi ride from the airport. The room was clean and the location was convenient. However, I was surprised to find that there were no staff on-site. Check-in was done via QR code and video call with a remote staff member. Instructions for entering the room were given during the call. Checkout was also self-service. This system may not be ideal for those without internet access or who prefer in-person assistance. Overall, it’s a clean and convenient place for a short stay near the airport — just be prepared to handle everything yourself.

We booked this hotel because our flight arrives at Haneda Airport after midnight, this hotel is close to airport and within 10 mins ride by taxi. There is a convenient store right opposite to the entrance of hotel, we got some food before we checked in. Self check in was quick (we memorized the steps as we want to get into our room asap!). Our room has two bunk beds for the four of us, it's small but it served the purpose for staying just for a few hours.

The hotel was conveniently close to Haneda Airport, and the surrounding area had plenty of shops, which made for a very comfortable stay. It was also very reasonably priced, offering great value for money. Thank you!

The room was quite small. While it's only one stop from the airport, it's inconvenient when you're traveling with luggage. I'd say the value for money isn't as good as just staying at an airport hotel.

Clean room. Super close to Haneda Airport Terminal 3 – we walked there in under 30 minutes.

Near airport and good for transit passenger

It was a last-minute stay, but I was able to relax.
