Excellent location. Staff are very helpful. Very clean facilities, comfy beds and we loved the washing machine!

Located very centrally next to Tokyo station. Rooms were big and clean.

My whole family stayed in Oakwood. Service polite and very good .we are regulars there.

Small tidy room and convenient location near Ginza.

We found the room somewhat tired for the rate it charged. This was a repeat stay, unfortunately we had booked the one bedroom and separate lounge for our precovid stay, but this time , just an ordinary room, since we had 4 rooms for our family, so it was rather a disappoin**ent this time. Not sure that we will stay at Oakwood premier again.

So good to have a washing machine inside the room so that we don’t have to pack too many clothes for daily changes.

Very accessible and affordable. Definitely enjoy the stay with you guys

You wont find a better service apar**ent in this prime location right next to tokyo station, the room is very nice and big with good view of the street, the sofa is very comfortable, i had a great experience with my 2 night stay, definitely recommend.

This is my third time staying here. Everything is just as great as before except that the airport limousine bus stop right downstairs this hotel is no longer there due to covid. I hope they will bring it back after Japan reopens completely! Special thanks to Yuuka who’s been super helpful with my courier problems. I really appreciate it!
