Ulasan VIA INN SHINAGAWA OIMACHI JR-West Group

For two adults and one child, we booked two rooms for only 670, which was excellent value for money. The rooms featured a bathtub and a mini-fridge. Although complimentary water wasn't provided, there was an ice machine on our floor.

The hotel is perfectly situated right next to the JR station, offering incredibly convenient access to Tokyo and Yokohama via the Keihin-Tohoku Line, and Shibuya and Shinjuku via the Shonan-Shinjuku Line. There's a convenience store on the ground floor and a large shopping mall nearby. The service was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

It was good near train station. And supermarket They also have a place for keeping my luggages.

The location was convenient, the environment was clean, and the room was also quite spacious. Before we left, a member of the housekeeping staff knocked to ask if we wanted our room cleaned. I asked her to come back in half an hour after we'd gone out. Given the cleaning staff appeared to be a foreign national, I decided to play it safe and took all our valuables with me. Around 11 PM that night, returning to the hotel, I found our room door wasn't properly closed; it was left ajar, propped open with the security latch... I was genuinely startled at the time, but thankfully, there was no loss of property. After I called to complain, the hotel only called back an hour later, stating that their investigation would take some time and they could only provide a response the next day. Since we were out all day the next day, we didn't receive their reply until check-out on the third day. They informed me that CCTV footage showed the cleaning staff simply forgot to lock the door, and no one had entered our room during that time. And that was the unsatisfactory conclusion to the matter.

The cleanliness was average.

Very close to the Shinagawa station. Convenient to get to Shibuya, Ginza and some other popular area. But the room is tooooo small. I could hardly open my suitcase in the room.

Very short distance to Oimachi station; one station away to Shinagawa station. There’s 7 Eleven downstairs, some restaurants along the way from station to hotel, eg MOS Burger. There’s also a mall near the station. Room size is the smallest amongst the 5 hotels we’ve stayed in this trip. Self checkin machine in lobby & collect toothbrush, coffees, teas etc, thereafter. They also have luggage holding facility for guest (pre checkin and post check outs), which is super convenient.

I have been there several times already ! Room is quite small but very clean ! The advantage is location where close to good Japanese food ! Only need to improve it is the lack of slipper … put it as the optional also welcome !

Via Inn Shinagawa was one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The Management always made sure that the room is clean and everything is in order. It's close to the train station which is an advantage if you're travelling or planning a trip to any place in Japan. It is also close to restos, convenience stores, and mall. You will never get wrong if you book this hotel.

The hotel is 3 mins walk from the metro station, it’s convenient. Room facilities is clean. The toilet is basic. Socket can be improved as it’s at the corner of the table - my plug is too large to plug in. I can use the socket on floor only. Breakfast buffet is nice and has a variety of food to choose.

A nice hotel with good views of Tokyo if based on the higher floors. Could see Mt Fuji on one morning of staying here. Would stay again and is close to the metro station.

Convenient and clean. Many shops are restaurants nearby, 2 minutes from Oimachi station

Nice business hotel. Smaller rooms but clean and good quality service. Oimachi is about 15 mins to Shibuya and one stop to Shinagawa bullet train.
