Very convenient for a solo stay, goooooooooooooooood! The loft room is a bit small, but it has everything, including a kitchen for cooking.

The room was well-equipped, and it was super close to all the attractions. The JR station is just a minute away, and the nearest subway station is within walking distance. I even jogged from here to **** in the morning! Although the room isn't huge, it has everything you need. Plus, if you have any issues, the host is incredibly responsive and helps resolve them right away. This is a fantastic location that I highly recommend to everyone! One of the best places to stay when visiting Tokyo.

Great location within minutes of walking to 2 train stations. Clean with all the required amenities. Washing machine and detergent provided.

Bit smaller than i thought but everything is convenient. Only 2min walk from the shinokubo station and 15min walk from shinjuku station. Close to korea town. Best location and price is really affordable. Definitely will stay again

It’s an aesthetically cute hotel with warm, welcoming vibes. However, I noticed that the toilet bowl area, specifically the removable tank cover,looked visibly unclean, and the same applied to parts of the shower. Because of this, my stay felt less comfortable than expected. Overall, I would rate it a 6/10.

The room was clean and well-equipped. The kitchen and bathroom were perfect. There was an induction cooker for cooking and a microwave. The price was great value for money. Don Quijote was right outside, which made shopping very convenient in a bustling area. The only downside was that the soundproofing was a bit poor. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely come back again.

This is a good hotel if you just want a short overnight stay to go to Shinjuku the next day. But it is very small and you will not be able to open up all big suitcases at once. We were satisfied with it. Be wary about carrying big suitcases up stairs to 2nd floor.

It was really small, to the point where it was hard to eat anything you bought back at the accommodation. However, the location was so good that it made up for everything. Having Don Quijote, restaurants, and pubs right outside was super convenient.

The front desk staff who helped me was incredibly kind, and it was my first time visiting, so they were a great help.

Great stay easy check in

Room was clean except for a tissue under the bed. Size is decent, there is enough space to open 2 luggages after shifting some furniture around. Toilet and shower is also very clean, however shower is very small. There is enough space to stand straight and shower, but not enough space to maneuver the towel to wipe body dry or wear clothes inside. So take note will need to step out of the shower into the room. Warm water comes quickly and the water pressure in the shower is very strong. Plenty of towels were provided. Free wifi is not strong. Hotel easy to find and self check in instructions were clear. Walking distance from the mrt and many food options around. There is family mart, 7-11 and donki nearby and a microwave in the room. Will stay again

place was surprisingly spacious but the toilet is tiny. location was good but finding the hotel itself is tricky as it is in the back alley. ensure to note the pre arrival guide sent via email for self check in procedures and information.
