Ulasan Asakusa View Hotel

The hotel is super conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Senso-ji Temple. Asakusa Station is right outside, making transfers a breeze. The view is absolutely stunning, with the Tokyo Skytree right outside my window – it truly feels like something out of an anime!

Small single room but with a nice view of sky tree. Breakfast was not included, but was delicious and varied. Very close to Asakusa’s bustling activity and cultural beauty. The area is safe and not as crowded as Shinjuku or Ginza areas. Is a great part of Tokyo to use as your homebase.

Amazing place. Rooms are clean and toilets are big. It is hard to find in Tokyo. The hotel was recently renovated so everything is new. View to the city is awesome.

The 14th floor offers a perfect view! The room directly faces Senso-ji Temple and the Tokyo Skytree, which are beautiful both in the morning and at night. The location is convenient, with Senso-ji Temple's Kaminarimon Gate right downstairs and a bus stop nearby. Although the subway station is a bit of a walk, there are many shops and convenience stores on the ground floor. The front desk staff are fluent in English and provide professional service. The 20-square-meter room is consistent with the description, clean and spacious, and even comes with a multi-head charging cable, which is a thoughtful touch. There's a bathtub, but unfortunately, no bath salts. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

This hotel was truly an indescribable experience. In the dead of winter, there was no duvet to sleep with. Instead, they put a filthy bed skirt on top, and probably because it hadn't been washed, they gave us a thin sheet as a barrier, which was absolutely disgusting. When we asked the front desk to change the bedding, they lied and said all the other rooms were like that. It's truly speechless; yesterday all the rooms we stayed in had white duvets, but after changing rooms, they claimed there were none. How can a four-star hotel lack such basic bedding? What's more, the toilet had obvious stains and clearly hadn't been scrubbed. The kettle spout was also incredibly dirty. The wallpaper by the bed was held together with a large piece of scotch tape. The view was amazing no matter where you look. And the breakfast was buffet style with traditional japanese food and it was delicious. There are multiple stations close by and right infront of it is Nakamise street with traditional foods and clothes. And Senso-Ji temple as well which was nice to walk around at night. Definitely would recommend for anyone traveling to Japa

Hotel location good and the room very clean. At Tokyo the room is consider big for 3 persons. The hotel staff very friendly and sweet. If we go Tokyo we will definitely choose this hotel again.

The location was awesome as it is close to the tourist spots and restaurants. The room has an overlooking view of the Tokyo Skytree. There are nearby halal restaurants as well. Amenities are ready including the sleepwear. They offer baggage transfer if you plan to travel to different location in Japan. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient public transportation and a nice view, especially the beautiful night view. It's very close to Senso-ji Temple. However, the bedding and facilities are a bit outdated, and the bed isn't comfortable to sleep on.

The hotel boasts an excellent location; it's a mere ten-minute walk from Tawaramachi Station, exit 3 (stairs only). If you have luggage, I'd recommend using exit 1. The room with a Skytree view was very spacious, easily accommodating four large suitcases. Directly across from the hotel is Ichiran Ramen, and Senso-ji Temple is just a short stroll away. There's also DONKI and Uniqlo nearby, and it's convenient for shopping in Ginza and Omotesando. My main complaint is that the cleaning staff turns off the power in the room. The fruit I had in the fridge and the refrigerated food I bought from 7-Eleven all went bad. If saving electricity means the fridge can't be used, why not provide an extra power card at check-in?!

The only real concern is the laundry system, which feels quite impractical. The operating hours are limited (7–10am, then a two-hour break, and again until 8pm), and you even need to call the receptionist for approval before going down to collect your clothes. This makes a simple task unnecessarily complicated.

At check-out, I needed help with luggage storage and one staff member simply pointed in a vague direction twice without bringing me there, even though the storage area is not visible and has no sign from the lobby. Thankfully, another male staff later walked me there and explained how it worked which is what should have happened from the start. For the price paid, amenities also feel limited since even the gym, pool, and laundry aren’t complimentary, so it really feels like you’re just paying for the room alone.

I was impressed with the hotel staff, we were greeted when we arrived at the hotel main entrance and the staff brings us into the hotel reception to check in. The hotel room is big and the city view of Tokyo is simply amazing. The hotel cleanliness is also very in tip top condition and I'm sure I will stay again at the hotel in my next visit to Tokyo.
