Ulasan Mitsui Garden Hotel Ueno - Tokyo

This hotel is very close to the Metro Ginza Line and there are many cafes and restaurants and shops nearby (underground, 2 malls in Ueno and Ameyoko street) so you will not be hungry and bored. The staff are also friendly and helpful. They greeted us every time we entered the hotel lobby and they also assisted us in our requests. Our Superior Double room was spacious and we were able to move around with 2 luggages. The room was clean, and bottled water was also provided every day during our stay. This is so far the best hotel we have stayed in Tokyo considering the price versus the location, room space and service. We will definitely stay here again if we were to fly into Narita Airport.

location is convenient room a bit small so if you bring big luggage may have space limit to open it fully clean and tidy The panda floor is unique

Be honest. I am initially not very happy about the hotel and can not put us in the same room within my 2 booking orders. But in an emergency medical situation with my wife, I can see their profession and exceed. This was really impressive. At the end of the day, we would even accept an extra cost for delaying the checkout. Overall, we are very happy with the staff and services.

Great location, staff are helpful and friendly , newly renovated, big twin rooms. Good for family with kids. Close to Toyota rent a car store

Very comfort place to stay

Hotel good, good location near to train station, walk to keisei via underground with ease.breakfast was decent, room is just ok, not too big or small. Prive on high side with self machine check in was troublesome.

Good location, right next to subway exit. There's also a stair-less underground way all the way from the hotel to Skyliner station, very luggage friendly. The room is more spacious than average Tokyo hotel room, facilities are basic but practical, just that the room decor is a bit old.

Hotel location is super with subway station at next door. Overall, the room is nice and clean. Breakfast is average.

the hotel is located very near to train station. It is very convenient to travel around. only problem is that the wall is relatively thin and can feel the neighbors knocking on the wall. the pillow is too thin, so not so comfortable

Location is very good, opposite to Ueno station and surrounding with many restaurant's. Easy to go to shopping place. Room is very clean but small. Staff are excellent. We leave our luggage before check in time. We cannot find the car rental agent. Hotel staff contact car rental agent for us. We had a good time at Mitsui Garden Ueno.

Situated at a very convenient location (near Ueno station). Room is also spacious for Japan’s standard and clean. Check in and check out process was very fast as it is conducted via the use of machines. We were very lucky to be able to immediately checked into our room prior to the usual check in time as the room was ready. We were very glad about it! Service was quick as well when we requested for additional pillows. The pillows and bed were very comfortable! Will definitely return!

Panda themed hotel in a very convenient location in Ueno. It is just a few minutes away by foot to the subway lines, and it is a great place as your final hotel in Japan since the Keisei Ueno station (Skyliner to Narita) is nearby as well. Check-in was easy using a self-service kiosk with the guidance of staff. We were also given a panda themed tote bag which contained stickers and two file folders. In the hallway leading to the hotel rooms there were also edits of famous art pieces with pandas, and in the room, panda sheets, cushions and a huge plush. The hotel was refurbished just a few months back so everything was spotless. Would stay here again.

convenient location, easy access to subway & train station, shopping paradise

It is a great experience to stay at Panda floor. Overall is good except the breakfast. The restaurant is very small space is not enough. If it opens at 6:30am is perfect. I recommend this hotel.
