Hotel room was small but value for money. Really top notch service and location was decent!! Really good place to choose for your trip if you’re on a budget!! Small improvement that could be made was slightly more amenities that could be provided such as hair curler (was unavailable at the moment).

A nice space for a one-night stay. Very tiny rooms, but comfortable and great if you're getting in from Haneda Airport late.

Room was extremely small top up for a bigger room at 1000Yen. Staff was very rigid not the kindest . Reception is on the second floor. It is near to subway station just one stop away from Ginza and about 10mins walk to tokyo station . Very accessible and quiet area. Convenient if you like to stay near Tokyo station.

Nevermind the room size, it is normal in Tokyo. The room price is good value. It very close to Tokyo Station. Very easy to find any food near hotel. I will back.

Place is quiet yet conveniently located. We returned to stay after our short trip to another prefecture. I must add that the staff at the reception were extremely courteous and helpful.

Stay was amazing! Good location near to different train lines and walkable to tokyo station. Property was clean and tidy, and the reception staff was extremely helpful and polite. Traditional Breakfast (paid separately) was amazingly yummy. Good stay overall!

Location is good, it took us slightly more than 10 mins to get to tokyo station. Service was good. At first we were scared if it would be too cramped, but luckily after shifting the bed a bit, all 3 of us could open our luggage at the same time.

The room is as usual a bit cramped like most japanese hotels. The toothbrush, coffee etc have to be collected from the reception area. Location was a bit of walk from JR tokyo station but its very near other stations like the kyobashi station and takaracho station. Laundry room is located at the reception. Dryer runs for 30 min but will probably need 2-3 rounds to dry winter clothes. For the price point its considered ok for a room to sleep in and amenities provided in the hotel. We liked the various options for transport due to it location.

The hotel is clean, but be aware that the rooms are a bit small. With two 28” luggage pieces, it’s a tight fit. I could only open one luggage at a time, right in front of the door. If you prefer more space, you might want to consider this factor.

Great location near major subway stations, and with very good service.
