Bilik air berbau. Selepas tinggal sehari, saya meletakkan arahan di atas katil untuk menukar cadar, tetapi mereka tidak menukarnya.

Good service with responsive to customer’s request to arrange room at higher floor and near the lift lobby. Breakfast buffet is good but with limited choice of food.

The staff are very nice, polite and helpful. The location is really excellent. Breakfast is also very good.

Very good low level 5* hotel Looks old on photos, but nice in reality A bit far from the centre, but near asakusa and skytree Located near highway, but I’m not experienced problems with noice Clean and friendly Moderate, every day same breakfast, but pretty tasty

Very clean room and facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Being right next to airport limo station TCAT is really convenient to connect to airport (only 30 min to HND), esp for first timers to Tokyo.

The stay was great and pleasant. Staff services were excellent. The breakfast spread was good and delicious. We will choose this hotel again.

Very nice hotel, Big room size compared to tokyo standard. Lobby is quite big, Breakfast was also good with decent variety, just a suggestion if they can have no dairy milk also like soy or almond for those who are lactose intolerant or vegan. Subway is just below the hotel and TCAT station is 5 min away if you taking bus from Narita airport. Although we didnt have any lunch or dinner at hotel, they have good menu with many options. Was surprised to see vegetarian options also, that is a rare commodity in Japan.

Good service, all well served, good location, but the toilet is a bit small. Overall great experience!!!

Me and my parents stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. In general the hotel was very nice and the staff were very accommodating.The bed was big but aircon was not cold even when we sdjusted the temp. to 18 degrees celsius it was still hot.The food was not bad but very limited choices

It’s old hotel, they gave us smelly room and I had complained, they changed right away.. but still old hotel. But buffets was excellent.

From the airport you can take the bus « airport limousine ». Very convenient. Hotel located at the station z10 Suitengumae, exit 4 brings us directly inside. Breakfast buffet is good. Tourists information available and staff very friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here and in Tokyo. We recommend the Royal Park Hotel.
