Very nice and convenient place to stay, check in fairly easy self service. Lots of nice local places and close enough walk to station.

It was an unmanned hotel. More like a stylish apartment than a hotel. It uses an automated check-in service, so a QR code is sent via email beforehand. Entry was via password, not key. The room wasn't very spacious, but it was sufficient for just sleeping. The toilet and bathroom were separate, and there was a bathtub. Both the toilet and bathroom had various convenient features. The bed was comfortable, but it was a standard single size, so a large man might find it cramped. The kitchen had a microwave, kettle, and cooking utensils. There was a large window, but since the room was semi-basement level, it couldn't be opened and had frosted glass. The interior design was stylish. Netflix was also available. There's a shopping street nearby with delicious cafes, bakeries, dumpling shops, and convenience stores, making it very convenient. I walked from the station through the shopping street, looking around as I went, so the hotel didn't feel that far. However, the booking form stated checkout was at 11:00 AM, but the email I received said 10:00 AM. I think it's important to double-check this point. Overall, I was very satisfied. I would like to use this service again.

It was clean and quiet. There are cooking utensils, induction, and washing machine in the room, which is convenient. It is an unmanned check-in and check-out system, so you cannot store your luggage.

Good location.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Japan. I booked two rooms at the same time. The highest one and the lowest one are far apart. There are stairs to the fourth floor. There is no elevator. Don’t pick up if you have a lot of luggage. Go to the station. 10 minutes is actually not convenient. There will be no one to check the room. No one will buy supplies for 5 days. The biggest problem is that there is a strong smell of **** in the room. It is highly not recommended.

The decoration style is what I like. The hotel has a kitchen, a washing machine, and a bathtub.

Very bad, very bad, very bad

The self-check-in style is very worthwhile for a Tokyo tourist hotel and the location is very convenient. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. It is also very close to subway stations and bus stops.

I was very satisfied except that the camera prepared to take ID cards during the check-in process was difficult to operate and that there was no elevator. The neighborhood where the accommodation is located is so pretty and cozy.

Even though I mistakenly made a reservation when I entered the country with a 3-year-old, a 6-year-old, a stroller, and 3 suitcases, I was unable to cancel the reservation. Even though I had no plans and had made a reservation more than a month in advance and wanted to cancel, the Saiaku facility did not give any consideration to measures such as partial refunds and did not allow cancellations. I will never use the platform or this hotel again.

It was a very clean and nice place to stay. The price was also reasonable compared to other accommodations in the area, which was very helpful! There were shopping streets and residences nearby, making it a relaxing place to live. There was a relaxing atmosphere that felt like home, and I was able to take a good rest! Everything was done using a smartphone, and it was easy to understand and operate!

I have stayed in this hotel in Tokyo for a long time. It can be seen that they want to make the hotel better, but there are not enough staff. It is very suitable for families. It is convenient for washing and cooking, and it is very new.
