Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Kayabacho

Very new and clean hotel, able to fully open 2 medium size luggage. Near to subway station from exit 3/4, nearby got total three convenience store, family mart, Lawson and 7-11. Reception is very friendly and helpful, luggage already in the room as we leave our belongings at lobby since we reached earlier than check in time. Although full room cleaning is not everyday but they will change the towel and some minor cleanup will do.

It was located 5 mins away from kayabacho station (walking distance) and the room was quite big, enough to open my luggage and still have walking space. But the staff was not good at English and they do not provide much amenities.

Very helpful receptionist staff and you can store your luggage if you arrive before the check-in time at 3pm. The room was fairly spacious for Tokyo standards and they also provided a humidifier to help with the dry air caused by the heater. WiFi was easy to connect to and stable. The only negative was black hair I found on the bathroom floor as well as on one of my towels.

Clean hotel within walking distance(5min) from train station! Convenience stores are also located nearby

There is very good hotel, it is not too far from Tokyo station. Moreover, you can take the airport bus by walking it's very convenient.

Hotel was well located. Room was clean and spacious with a good bath. Service was good and reception very helpful. The breakfast was disappointing with a very limited selection. There was no fruit available.

She had no manner to work as a front desk but more as a janitor who does not need to apply a skill for good attitude and communication skill. I told this ******** to change the bedsheet. ******** replies "2pm is cleaning time now 3pm". I told this ******** to ask the cleaning lady to see if they are willing to do so, if not, it's fine. ******** replied with threatening voice "only this time next time we will not clean your room" I don't get how you guys hired this ********. I've been staying at your hotel on and off for almost 3months. The rest of the staff are great except this rat **** ..?! Suggestion: If I'm your CEO of this hotel business I will fire this ******** right on the spot to make sure her poor service does not ruin the rest of the business. Hope you'll be mindful about your future business Also many hairs on the floor.

My stay here was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed, including a TV, clean and bright bathroom, and electric kettle. The location was ideal, situated close to cultural sights. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even providing umbrellas and plug-in adapters for our devices. I will definitely be using this hotel again on my next visit to Japan.
