9h nine hours woman Shinjuku

Really great location, everything is close, and the area is so good you don’t really have to go far! Perfect for solo travellers, unless you feel uncomfortable sharing showers and toilets, if not this is your place ! Next time I come to Tokyo alone here I will stay.

The lounge had no microwave,no boiled water. The locker space was limited area. The staffs were very busy that hard to handle. The location was near the railway and convenient stores.

The place is few minutes away from the station, but the locker area is a bit narrow for all the guests who would come at the same time. Also a bit uncomfortable to pack & unpacked my stuff because of the space. Since my capsule is facing the window, it was so bright in the morning & no privacy (hoping they would put curtains or blinds). The pillow was hard to confortably sleep. But the rest are okay.

The hostel near station, there is several convenience stores nearby. The capsule room is spacious, however the locker room is quite small for different group of travelers to unpack luggage at the same time.

Will definitely be using this hotel when i come back again! The employees were so nice and its in such a good location. The nearest familymart is just 4 minutes away. I always get my breakfast from there! Plus its just a 10 minutes away walk to the disney store and the train station to go to shibuya, harajuku, and so on!

This hotel is a good choice for solo female travelers because it is safe and comfortable

I only got into shinjuku at 10:30pm, you check in through a screen. Took me a minute but once i got through super simple, provided towel and sleeping clothes in the locker downstairs where you can put your storage. They do close from 11am-3pm everyday.

Terrible night. Guests arriving at all hours of the night still wearing their sneakers, flip flops and high heals into the capsule room rolling their luggage. The flooring is polished concrete so there is no noise absorption. There is no noise policy and even if there was, this being an unmaned facility there would be no one to enforce it. Strong fluorescent lighting stays turned on all night at the roller blind in the capsule is insufficient to block the light. The locker room is many floors down and super tight. It's difficult to maneuver and guest are on top of each other. The lounge wear provided did not fit me as it is fut for a smaller Asian lady. It was this weird mesh black fabric like polyester blend. Paper slippers are provided but again no policy on no wearing shoes in the room.

My stay was good. The location though surrounded by bars which was one of my concerns during the night one of the cons of staying due to being a solo female traveler. But despite that it was street were well lit so it wasn’t too horrible walking back to the hotel. But I would still be mindful about the hours as I’m not someone who stays out late into the night. It’s was a good location close to lost of convenience stores, Starbucks other coffee shops and eating places and shopping places. The stations were close by about five to six minutes walking so getting around was easy. It was clean and they replaced towels everyday if you’re saying multiple nights (which I did). Another thing if you’re planning to stay be sure to have your day planned out starting early. They close the bathroom and sleeping facilities to clean from 11 til 3pm so you have to move early to start your day. But if you plan to stay in for a bit then the lounge is available and there is a vending machine though it is limited to drinks and amenities and uses physical card and physical IC card. But the convenience stores are close by so you can pop out to get something to eat and come back or head to the parks that are near by. But overall my stay was fine the location was good for me and it was affordable too.
