9h Nine Hours Woman Shinjuku

Clean and great location. Very near from Shinjuku Station. I just noticed my capsule beddings has weird smell, probably how it dries after the laundry service.

Easy to find the location nearby the station . Pretty safe n secured street of this capsule . For 2nights is fine with for the experience. Clean spacious room with well equipped amenities , change everyday for the freshness of you stay consecutive night . Bathroom n lockers room are on the same floor that can be jammed up in the morning before 10 & shower times 11-12 evening . Other than that . Roof lounge is great to chill for while

Great service from staff but there’s not enough space at the storage area so it gets really cramped and stressful and no seats to sit while packing. The hotel is split into 3 levels of storage (B1, L1, L2) and the sleeping area is from L3-L8 while L9 is the lounge with limited space. There’s a vending machine, 5 private cubicles, a main table in the middle and a table by the window. Note that no water is provided by the hotel, one will get a daily mesh bag containing a disposable toothbrush/toothpaste, sleeping pajamas, slippers and towels. There’s a hair dryer and tissue at the storage shower areas from B1-L2. Cramped bathrooms but there’s the TOTO bidet in each bathroom. Try to request for the lower decks as it’s hard to climb up and down every time. There’s only one lift so it takes some time to go to the storage space to pick up things if u forget.

My first time with capsule hotel was long time ago and had bad experience due to the packing and unpacking noise in the room. Very satisfied with 9 hours because they separate the locker and sleeping area and thus no noise issue. As many has mentioned, the locker area is extremely narrowed and crowded, so it is only convenient if you come with small luggage with minimum packing, for my 2 nights stay there every time I go to the locker area there will be someone doing packing there with their stuff all over the floor. I love the cleanliness of the locker and shower area but hate to go there as every time it’s full of people. Everything is equipped, so bring minimum and you will enjoy your stay in 9 hours as the price is really good for the location. Love the lounge area too, it is really quiet and comfy. It will be good if they provide hot water, microwave or disposable utensils in the lounge area. Capsule is quite spacious and although initially I have concern with the pillow, I end up sleeping very well for the 2 nights, very few disturbances at night apart from the walking and the latch sound from some when they open and close the capsule “curtain” but it’s bearable. Will go back to 9 hours if back in Tokyo, felt really safe as it is a female only capsule, and within walking distances to 2 subway line.

it was well organized and clean. The staff were cleaning every 30 minutes or so. Everyday new pyjamas and toiletries kit.

Great place - public space is enough to do the stuff, can sleep comfortably in the capsule. However, do not talke too much luggage here - lockers are quite small

It was great! Everything was clean! The hotel provides daily a clean pj, towels, slippers and teeth brush! The capsule Is spacious! I'll definitely stay here next time!
