Excellent location in the heart of Shinjuku, within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars and public transport. The bed was comfortable, and luggage storage is provided, which was very convenient.
However, there's not enough room to swing a cat. The rooms are extremely small, particularly the bathroom. If you are a larger person, you may struggle to move around or use the shower comfortably.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It is provided by the Tully's Coffee next door and consists of just one small breakfast item (such as a muffin) and one drink. This falls well short of what most travellers would expect from a hotel breakfast. In fact, I would recommend skipping it altogether and going to the McDonald's directly across the road, where you'll get a much more substantial offering.
Overall, although the location is excellent and the bed is comfortable, the tiny rooms and disappointing breakfast mean I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.
