Ulasan Odakyu Hotel Century Southern Tower

Absolutely loved our stay here! Perfect location right in the heart of Shinjuku — close to the train station, food, and all the buzz of Tokyo, but still quiet and comfortable when we needed to unwind. The room was spotless, the service was kind, and the city views were such a treat. Thank you for making our Tokyo trip even more special!

Location is the biggest highlight! Easy access to both Shinjuku and Yoyogi stations, as well as shopping destinations like Takashiyama, NEWoman and Lumine, etc. Really enjoyed the Mixed Omelette from the breakfast buffet. All staff spoke a good level of English, and were always willing to help me. Although the room doesn’t offer bottled water for a sustainable purpose, all floors are equipped with water machine. The welcome flower setting at the lobby is always a delightful pleasure. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is ideally located close to Shinjuku Train Station, but far away enough not to be caught up in the hustle and bustle of the commuter traffic. Another station, Yoyogi station, is a better station to catch the local trains/subways as it is smaller and less crowded. The hotel is located close to shopping and eating that you don't need to walk very far to satisfy any craving. From 7-11 to high end dining, everything is close by. There are restaurants and even a Shake Shack (got our desserts from here several times) inside the building and department stores just across the bridge that crosses the railway tracks. The hotel actually starts on the 20th floor, so you are high enough that the noise from the railway doesn't bother you. Since you are so close to the train station, you don't have to lug your baggage too far from the train station (if that's how you came into town). Service from the staff was very good and was as expected from a higher end hotel. The room was on the large side for Japanese hotel rooms. We had a king size bed and space to walk around even with 2 suitcases and 2 carry-ons taking up floor space. The elevators were quick and silent with a view overlooking the promenade. Filtered water is provided next to the elevators, which came in very handy since we filled our refillable battles starting out each day of sightseeing. A refrigerator was provided as was a safe. Towels were changed on demand and sheets were changed every 3 days or on demand. The bathroom was small but not the smallest we experienced, the shower/tub was great with a handheld sprayer available. The toilet was the typical bidet/heated seat setup that all hotels seem to provide. Everything was clean and neat with the typical (for Japanese luxury hotels) compliment of items - toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor, shower cap, skin lotion, soap, shampoo, etc. Unfortunately, we were on the go most of the time and didn't experience any of the hotel restaurants, but they looked high end and we probably wouldn't have eaten at them since we didn't really pack any nice clothes that would have fit into the clientele. Overall, a comfy place to stay in a great location. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is just opposite to the department store Takashiyama. Very convenient to take JR or limousine bus to airport or to outlets. But be careful there is no covered path or you will get wet if it is raining

The location is superb. 3 min walk to train station and bus terminal as well as to big department stores hands and Takashimaya. Due to high floor, the view is great! But the service is so so. Requested for extra blanket and couldn’t be acceded unlike Sunroute across the road, the extra blanket was placed on the bed before check. Service definitely needs to be improved

Good location. Close to JR station and shopping malls. Very convenient and good view from hotel room

We returned for our next stay because if its convenient location. Even with four luggages, we manage to walk to the Shinjuku station at ease for thr Narita Express train to the airport.

Location is just walking distance to all different train line . Shopping mall is just right beside the hotel . Amazing stay . Will stay again if come Tokyo again

The best things I like about this hotel: 1. Airport Limousine bus passes by it - most convenient and cost efficient way to go to hotel and airport 2. Weighing scale at the lobby for customers' use 24/7 - very helpful in avoiding excess luggage charges 3. Ice machine - no need to bother room service 4. I booked April 15-17 with Trip and April 17-20 with Agoda, and I got the same room for my whole stay - no need to change rooms in between

One of the best hotel I have stayed in Japan. Location is close to the forever-busy Shinjuku Station (both JR and Metro). You can go anywhere without much fuss if you stay here. Hotel-wise, it is a typical business hotel so don’t expect any perks like tatami floorings or mocha making trays. It will be good if the hotel has a laundromat although they do have laundry services. Overall my family and I are very happy staying here.
