We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

This was a decent stay in Tokyo Ginza area. We are a couple and stayed here for 5 nights. The location was superb being a few mins walk from Simbashi station and a little further from Ginza station. These 2 stations are super convenient. There’s a direct train from Simbashi station to Narita Airport.
The service is typical Japanese. Very strict with the check in and out timings. Having said that, the staff allowed us to store our luggage so we could still do some last minute exploring.

New, modern, eco friendly hotel with great amenities: fitness center and public bath nearly empty whenever I used it. The comfortable, 24 hr lounge room with Nespresso machine, water, and ice- good place for lounging. Always welcoming 24/7 staff who can speak English. Walking distance to Tsukiji market and the train stations. Our hotel room was efficiently designed- the pocket door separates the bedroom from the front door and “open bathroom” space. The shower felt spacious and luxurious. We did use the dryer- what a bonus to have in the room! We chose the hotel for the location and price- and we’re really glad we stayed there for our entire Tokyo trip!

The hotel was very nice. However, to use the swimming pool, I was given a locker key to change into a swimsuit, but there was a charge(room charge.)
I was embarrassed because there was no explanation in advance that a fee would be charged.
I hope to be informed enough in the future.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The stay is v pleasant. The staff are friendly and can speak fluent English. The cleanliness of the hotel never disappoints me. The common area is tidy. The room is clean.
The hotel is close to metro station. Less than a minute walk to the hotel from the 京橋 station. If you carry luggage with you, you may take the exit from the opposite building 明治屋 where there’s escalator.
However, the Tokyo JR station takes about 7mins walk from the hotel with almost no shelter at all. It’s fine if you do that outside of summer.
Despite the distance from JR station, Lyf Ginza is still my go-to hotel in Tokyo when traveling solo.

Great location. Right in the heart of things in Asakusa. Near food stalls, restaurants and a short walk to the temple at night, which may be the best time to be there. The hotel is well kept and if you get the rooms with views you can see the temple and Tokyo Skytree,
Only downside is that it’s not as close to the railways as some. Not far but 10-15 minutes with luggage

The Intercontinental Yokohama Pier 8 is part of the Cruise Terminal Complex ”Yokohama Hammerhead”. If you are familiar with Cup Noodle museum, then it's right behind it. It's also a short 10 minute walk from the other Intercontinental: Yokohama Grand. The closest stations for both these hotels is the Minatomirai station on the Minatomirai line. If you are coming by JR, the closet station is Sakuragi-cho on the Keihin-Touhoku line and from there about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Yokohama Grand and a further 10 minutes to Pier 8. From the Hammerhead, you can clearly see the iconic fin shaped Intercontinental Yokohama Grand. It's in a good location with shops and restaurants in Yokohama Hammerhead, Marine & Walk and the famous Red Brick warehouse. The hotel is a rectangle building with an open area in the middle (garden) of the building from level 3. The ”outside” rooms are the City and Bay View rooms while the ”inside” rooms are the Garden View rooms. There's also a rooftop garden where you have a great view overlooking the bay and can just sit and relax in the sun. The staff were exceptional and the rooms amazing. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Absolutely value for money! Conveniently located just above Nihon-odori station on the Minato Mirai Line, which goes directly to Shibuya and Ikebukuro. Rooms are amazingly clean and at least twice the size of what we would get for the same price in Tokyo. We did our laundry on the 7th floor and relaxed at the lounge. Nespresso coffee available till 8pm daily. Love this place and will definitely want to come back. Highly recommended.

PPengguna TetamuShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.

Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits.
Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping.
Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser.
Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous – special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. Lokasi hotel bukanlah yang paling dekat dengan kawasan perniagaan, tetapi ia tenang di tengah-tengah kesibukan Jika anda membeli sesuatu di Keio Depar**ent Store, anda boleh menghantarnya ke hotel (dari apa yang tetamu lain katakan ). Kali ini saya tinggal di bilik 1108. Kepala katil dekat dengan tingkap bilik itu menghadap ke kereta bawah tanah, jadi saya boleh mendengar dengan jelas bunyi landasan kereta api ketika tidur disyorkan untuk tinggal di bilik di baris 08, 09 dan 10. Kawasan sekitar sangat mudah untuk makan dan membeli-belah Tidak ramai orang Cina di hotel, tetapi kebanyakannya penduduk tempatan dan warga asing, jadi hampir tidak ada bunyi semasa sarapan.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHighly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ginza and wants an onsen within the hotel as well. Can't explain the joy of coming back after a long day of 25k steps and soaking in an onsen. The hotel provides a bathrobe & outdoor slippers (not for room) so you can use that to move about the hotel. The onsen has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well, so all you have to do is bring a towel that the hotel also provides. For anyone wondering, the hotel also has a coin operated washer and dryer. Can't remember the exact cost, but one cycle of washing and drying probably amounted to about 300 yen! Worth it to avoid doing laundry at home.
For the room itself, although it is small, with some expert maneuvering, we were able to open up 1 large and 1 small luggage to pack things. The is a typical Japanese sized room aka small, but it's rather functional so it works if you're just looking to get some shut eye. All in all, I recommend this hotel!

MMurahariOnly 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station (Exit North/W) along the way there are several shops including konbinis like Lawson and Family Mart.. there's also an AEON supermarket right next door! Love that this quiet neighborhood has so many facilities next to each other. Infront of the property there's a halal Pakistani Restaurant which adds a bonus for any traveller staying there. Also, the onsen within the property was what attracted me in the first place, Japan isn't Japan w/o a trip to an onsen and having one downstairs in the hotel is a convenient relief after a long day of sightseeing around Tokyo! Will definetly return for future stays!
