這個酒店在託萊多山腳下，離古城電梯步行大概10分鐘。不需要拖着箱子爬坡，房間大小也OK 非常滿意

Modern hotel with a good location close to bus termini and the escalators that provide access to the old town. Check in was perfunctory and efficient with smiles and chats reserved for their French speaking coach tour clients. I made a reasonable complaint when checking out regarding the hotel room. The complaint was followed up in writing to the hotel and the booking company. I haven't even received an acknowledgement never mind an apology . The booking company tell me the hotel has failed to engage with them either. This is not a cheap hotel, its a 3* and higher standards would have been expected, particularly regarding room maintenance. Perhaps had the complaint been made in French it would be acted upon.

Stayed 3 nights on a Leger Holidays tour. Room was ok. Had a safe (but it wasn't secured to the wall which makes it a bit pointless really) Mini bar/Fridge and hairdryer. Free air con that packed up on our last morning. Good spread at breakfast and although the restaurant gets crowded there is also an overflow room. The bad points: 1/. The cafe style bar area isn't really big enough for the size of the hotel, although there is a large lounge area adjacent to the Reception desk and entrance I always feel you lose a bit of atmosphere in these such areas. 2/. We couldn't get cold water out of the basin mixer tap or the shower. It was hot water or nothing. 3/. There was an Iron available on request but there appeared to be only one. So if a guest held onto it you had to go without.

I am not a guest at the hotel. This hotel is in a very inconvenient location outside Toledo. It is located in the university area. It was a very hot day (93 degrees fareheit). My husband and I got lost a bit and tried to find our bearing around the area by looking at the map. We saw the hotel next to us. Instead of looking at the map in open air under a hot day, we decided to walk into the hotel lobby to get some cool air while reviewing the map. To our surprise, an angry looking young black hair lady came to us in a very rude tone and asked us if we had a reservation. We told her that we did and we were not guests at the hotel but just want to get our things together. She was outrageous and raised her fingers pointing at us and spoke to us with a Spanish accent 'It is not possible for you to sit here if you are not a guest in a hotel'. She then asked us to leave and she returned to the reception area and started gossiping in Spanish This behavior of her was totally unexpected and unnecessary. It is not a type of normal customer service you would expect from a hotel. I would strongly urge the hotel management to look into the company policy and how their staff is treating potential customers and the public. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone if you have a choice.

Large room with a large king bed and twin. Modern bathroom. What we liked was that we were less than 5 minutes walking to the escalators that take you up to the city. There is a playground 3 minutes away. The breakfast buffet had eggs, cheese, pastries, coffee, juices, breads, jamón, etc. It was a feast.
Also, parking was 10 euro- tight parking spaces- but convenient.

Second stay here, the last was in 2017, great improvement to the fabric of the building especially the rooms. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the car park was spacious by Spanish standards and a good deal at €10 per day. Our room was large, could have had more storage, we had a large balcony, and a good sized bathroom, albeit with an impractical square sink. Good small bars around for breakfast, and easy access to the city via the escalators.

The on site parking ($10) secured was a huge bonus (don't try to take a large car down there). The hotel is close to the old town (which is up a big hill) but there are two different sets of escalators going up. Very odd to see like 10 different moving stairs to get you up a hill.. these were well used by the locals certainly. Room was nice, clean and modern, close to the town but not "in it" meaning no tight streets to squeeze down. I found this refreshing - after a week of driving "too small" roads to hit the circle off the highway turn right and park ... ride the escalator and you re where you want to be. All in all a pleasant experience and I would def stay here again if in Toledo.
