Good location on main commercial / pedestrian street. Chinese breakfast only. Catering staff friendly.

Terrible breakfast service and the staff working behind the breakfast station was so rude. Really prefer leaving for better choices nearby.

The supervisor did investigation about what happened at that time by question all staffs in the breakfast area and watched the CCTV during that time. The staff you complained, mentioned that she only said about the compensation just for reminding the child to be careful of taking the food and didn’t mean to ask for compensation for real. The hotel is cost-effective, the front desk service is good, the breakfast is rich, and there is free parking, but there are not many parking spaces, and there is no place to park when it is late. There is a shopping mall across the road where you can eat.

五一假期去銅陵玩入住該酒店，價格肯定是比平台翻倍上漲了許多，這個可以理解，但酒店的設施和用品服務真的是跟不上不匹配，首先房間有股潮濕的莓味，東西都很老舊，空調開起來噪聲很大且效果不好，房間用品簡陋，小童用品沒有，床上被單上還有好多毛髮，還有重點吐槽一下早餐，早餐裏吃出了刷鍋的鋼絲球，早餐吃的品種也少，取餐盤裡麪的食物水果沒有了，服務員也不及時添加，那你讓後來的人吃什麼？總體感覺一般不滿意！

地理位置很不錯，前台服務也很熱情，性價比高。唯一想提的是早餐，結束的太早了，出門玩，九點結束早餐還是挺早的，不過早餐點也等大家一起吃完，挺人性化的。梨橋水鎮挺不錯，推薦！

酒店附近也有餐廳可以選擇，不用跑遠就能吃飯買東西，比較方便。工作人員態度也比較好，辦理入住和退房手續的時候也快，在這裏住得挺好的。

自駕和公共交通都方便的酒店！酒店有地方停車，不想開車的時候坐公交出門很方便，去景點逛逛也不遠。房間挺好的，住着挺舒服，周邊吃飯方便，位置真的挺好，住着挺舒心。

家庭出遊很適合住這家，房間空間夠用大，衞生做得也還可以。床挺舒服的，一家人都能休息好。周邊吃飯的地方多，不用跑遠。附近交通也比較方便，去景點什麼的能節省一些時間。

整體房間設施挺齊全而且乾淨，房間也挺大。不足的就是房間沒有茶葉，而且房間裏有一股淡淡的空調灰塵位，大門門把手也有點鬆動。

週末來銅陵放鬆，酒店位置選對了！周邊吃的不少，晚上能吃點小吃、逛一逛，挺有煙火氣的。房間住着挺好，在這裏住休息玩都不耽誤，挺好的。
