Stayed two nights at this hotel. The Jinjiang Hotel and Jinjiang Hot Spring Hotel buildings are not far apart, and breakfast is served on the 6th floor of Jinjiang Hotel. Taking a stroll along the Jinjiang River, you can reach the ancient city and pedestrian street in no time. The service was excellent! Great location! Breakfast was fantastic! The underground parking was also superb!

So far, this is the 3rd hotel we stayed in Tongren, i would definitely say, this is the best and so far for me and family. This JinJiang hotspring hotel really met international standard in terms of counter service (very polite and good attitude receptionist), and service at hotspring area deserves a thumbs up. The room is very spacious, nice interior and important - clean and neat. The water playground is definitely a good place for kids to have fun during summer holiday. I told the hotel desk that it was my actual birthday yesterday, guess what, they sent me a plate of grapes, so sweet of them. I would definitely come to this hotel next time when i am visiting my niece and nephew again.

The room was decent, and having a private hot spring inside was a big plus. We chose this hotel after hiking, and the cleanliness was excellent. The only downside was the soundproofing at night; we could clearly hear the drainage pipes from upstairs or next door, which made it hard to sleep.

Location is off the main street so was a little difficult to locate. However its quite close to the ancient city attraction ( Zhong Nan Men ). Facilities in the hotel are a little dated but room was generally clean and rather spacious considering it has a pool within. The main attraction of this hotel would be the free / unlimited use of the hot spring pools located within the premises. And the hotel reception service staff were very helpful !

This is a good hotel to come and relax and soak in the hot springs and play in the water park. The hotel is next the Jin Jiang river; a very lively area with singing and dancing aunties and uncles. There are many small restaurants nearby to have a local meal. We hope we can go back!

Maybe I overlooked the details during booking, we didn’t expect our room came with a hot spring pool! For the kind of price we paid, it was really a bargain. Our room was on 21st floor, I think, which is serviced by staff nearby in the same floor. So efficient service was provided. Awesome stay here.

The location is great, with a river downstairs and the ancient city across the street. The room was comfortable, the environment was nice, and the service was attentive. Xiao Yao's warm and thoughtful service deserves a thumbs up 👍. I especially witnessed the thorough cleaning they did after I checked out, which gave me peace of mind.

Pros: Good breakfast, good service, good location Disadvantages: The shower water is very cold, the water in the private bath is not hot, and my friend said that the air conditioning in his room is not very hot either. There is a smell of cigarettes on the pillows in the parent-child room! Public hot springs: The large pool with massage and the indoor pool simulating a cave are worth a dip. The others are average, the water temperature is too low, and the temperature of the indoor pool is more suitable.

The environment is very good and the hygiene is very clean. The private bath has a large space and the experience is very good. There are very few people in the hot spring, and you can basically have the pool to yourself. Free bath towels and warm water are provided. The hot spring is equipped with complete facilities such as showers and changing rooms. Overall it is highly recommended.
