前期和前台小羅溝通預訂房間，認真負責。出租車駕駛員對地下車庫不熟，經過溝通，完美解決。入住酒店後羅小妹熱情服務，推薦周圍特色美食以及前往梵凈山約車等的注意事項，感謝小羅熱情周到的服務，給她點贊！前台小汪有問必答，房間乾淨整潔，住着很安靜，超喜歡酒店的環境，古風元素！就是智能馬桶反而不太智能，希望能改進。整體感覺真心不錯，下次到銅仁，還接着住。

超讚的一家酒店，酒店乾淨衞生，很智能化，設計也非常人性化。酒店提供的洗頭水是我住酒店以來感覺最好用的一款，洗完頭髮清爽不乾燥，柔順還有一點談談的香味。前台小姐姐態度非常好，前台還給客人提供了卸粧巾、指甲剪，特殊茶飲等等，非常貼心，因為我入住比較晚小姐姐還幫忙升級了河景房，早起河景很美，河邊可以散步，酒店還可以免費停車適合自駕朋友，早餐自助的，酒店性價比高值得推薦給大家。

今天來銅仁旅遊，在攜程上看到居然有一家異國風情的酒店，而且是剛剛開業的，抱着試試的態度訂了一晚，登記時前台小姐姐的態度真好，還耐心給我們介紹起他們酒店，我們訂的法式房，客房經理還特意帶我們參觀了一下日式房和現代房，都超級喜歡，房間的配套用具很齊全，衹要是我們想要的想用的房間裏面都免費配備得有，下次再來銅仁的時候認準他家了。

酒店位於鬧市區，有自己的停車場，停車位多，對自駕遊客很友好。房間比較寬敞，設施齊全，但是空調有問題。早餐品種豐富，口感不錯👍。酒店還配有自助洗衣房，很棒。
