The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a strategic location, only a 4–5 minute walk from the Wuzhen main gate. There are many restaurants nearby. Very convenient. Only downside is that cleanliness could be improved. Overall, it was still a decent stay.

The hotel's location is strategic. There's just an issue with the bathroom: the shower door doesn't close tightly, causing water to spill and wet the floor.

The room was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. Everything was neat and tidy. This was my first time in Wuzhen, and the staff were incredibly polite. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The staff even proactively helped with my luggage.

The young guy at the reception smoke. It is impossible to breathe when we checked in & checked out. The room floor was not cleaned. I went on bed & my feet left dirt on it as I was barefooted. Heater is in toilet. I switched the aircon to warm air because Wuzhen is too cold in Dec due to no high rise buildings. Location wise, it is 5 min walk to Xizha. There are many eateries along the way towards Xizha. Small miserable table & chair for me to access my laptop. WiFi cannot be connected. Not recommended to stay in this Airbnb.

The triple room was spacious and reasonably priced. However, the open-style bathroom with semi-transparent frosted glass was a little inconvenient for a mixed-gender group, as visibility was still quite high. There is also no elevator, so luggage needs to be carried upstairs. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option with large rooms, but the room layout may not suit everyone.

The room's maintenance is going down, TV is not working for both rooms, shower screen's area full of water stains after shower, dusts at many areas. Location is good as jz few mins walk to Wuzhen entrance and lots of choices for meal surrounding.

Very near XiZha entrance, lots of food nearby, spacious room and clean. Might need to improve on main entrance assesibility to the stay though as outsider can easily gain entrance to the back where our rooms are located. But theres cctv everywhere so i guess its pretty safe. One night during our stay was a bit scary though, unsure is an outsider or guest making a scene with loud banging and shouting in the middle of the night. Maybe the owner can do something about it for other guests to have a peaceful sleep at night? Overall we're satisfied with our stay. Would still choose this place regardless.

We are given a room at level 1, it is noisy and can hear people talking outside the window and working outside the room as well making us feel insecure. We stayed two nights and there is a weird odour coming from the toilet. The design is newer and modern, but the bed is too soft and structure feels old.

The owners I assume... both male and female at the reception are very warm and helpful. They are happy to answer any questions and provide resolution and recommendation which us travellers need. Room is basic but has all I needed for a short stay.

Great location, amazing room! Room is really clean and big. We got upgraded from the budget room for free! Would highly reccommend.

Front desk staff were smoking in the reception area, and the smell of smoke was very strong. The room facilities were outdated and did not match the photos on the website. The wooden table in the room was broken and unusable, and the clothes hanger was unstable and almost tipped over. Overall, the stay was unsatisfactory.

Several company members went on a business trip during the Wuzhen Conference. Price: Room rate was not low, over 700 RMB per room. Cleanliness: The ceiling of the bathroom in the 3rd-floor room was blackened and rotten. Soundproofing: The first-floor room window overlooked the parking lot, with cars coming and going, and air conditioner units, making it very noisy. Because of the parking lot, don't even think about opening the curtains. The soundproofing was also very poor; the upstairs neighbor's door opening and closing was very loud, the sound of the door closing by itself was clearly audible. Oh, and the safety lock on the door was also broken and detached. Bathroom: No conditioner, and the shower water was difficult to adjust, either too hot or too cold. Breakfast: Breakfast only started at 8:30 am; earlier and there was none. If you're going early, don't even think about breakfast; it's better to go to a breakfast shop on the street! Breakfast was a fixed menu prepared by the shop owner: milk, half an ear of corn, an egg, a shumai, a pancake, and half an orange. The corn was dirty. Service: 8 out of 10 calls to the hotel went unanswered. The only advantage is that it's located on Huanhe Road, which is closer to the venue than Ciyun Road. I won't stay there again!
