The hotel is really easy to find, close to Nanzha. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. There are plenty of parking spaces in their own lot, and it's free with no barriers. The room was clean and tidy. The staff's attitude was excellent, from the front desk to the breakfast auntie, everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming!

The hotel environment is beautiful. However, their dryer is very, very old and doesn't heat up. It takes a really long time to dry clothes. This is something to consider if you plan on doing laundry. Everything else is good, especially the front desk staff who are all excellent, attentive, and very thoughtful.

Had a good stay here. The staff were very friendly and even reminded me to take some water for the road when I checked out. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was really comfortable.

The hotel environment is quite nice, and there's a small garden between Building A and Building B. The front desk service is excellent; they always try their best to assist with any requests. The cleanliness is also very good.

Very good. The rooms are pretty much the same as other Atour hotels, but the garden view rooms have a small courtyard with a table, chairs, and a large umbrella. It's also very close to the gym and laundry room. The breakfast has a good variety, and the steamed buns are delicious. The coffee is not only free but also available for takeout. The hotel is just over 100 meters from Nanzha and a 10-minute taxi ride from Xizha.

This hotel is located near Wuzhen, not too far away. The rooms are a bit small overall, but the service is excellent. Both the male and female staff were very responsive and helpful, really great service! Even though my reservation didn't include breakfast, they provided it, and it was pretty standard, similar to breakfasts nationwide.

Came to Wuzhen for the Theatre Festival and chose Atour. The environment was excellent, and the service was on point. There's also parking available, which is very convenient if you're driving, especially for visiting Xizha and Dongzha. I slept well at night too. Overall, it was a great experience. Hygiene: Clean and tidy.

It's directly across the street from the South Gate Scenic Area, about an 8-minute walk to the East Gate, and only a 3-minute drive to the West Gate Scenic Area. For tourists, being able to quickly return to the hotel to rest after a day of sightseeing is incredibly important. 🏨 **Warm Service, Felt Right at Home** * **Heartwarming Tea**: As soon as I entered the lobby, the front desk lady offered a warm welcome tea. The fatigue from traveling was instantly halved. * **Always Responsive**: Whether it was asking for touring routes or needing extra toiletries, the front desk was always very quick to respond and friendly, just like a friend. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Wuzhen!

The front desk staff were lovely, and the hotel itself was very nice with great facilities. The location is also super convenient! The late-night congee service was a thoughtful touch; the congee was delicious, and the pastries were so soft and chewy. Most importantly, the hotel's laundry service was incredibly helpful – they even brought my clothes right to my door.
