Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Average. It's located above street-level shops, which made it quite noisy. I was woken up twice in the middle of the night. Service: Just okay. The hotel's downstairs restaurant was a letdown; all three dishes we ordered tasted identical. We tried the Maoxuewang, which was overpriced and the flavor was just mediocre. Pros: Its location right by Wuzhen Xizha's Gate 2 entrance was extremely convenient.

They also extend pick-up and drop-off services within the Wuzhen area, including transfers to/from the station, making guests feel truly valued. * They are also very caring towards children, providing kid-friendly facilities and entertainment options, which significantly eases travel for families with little ones. **Outstanding Dining** * The guesthouse has a restaurant on its ground floor, serving authentic and delicious local Wuzhen specialty dishes at very reasonable prices. * The surrounding area offers an extensive array of dining options, including numerous breakfast spots, bars, cafes, snack shops, and trendy 'Instagrammable' restaurants.

1) Very close to their Old Street by using the tricycle which is readily available near the hotel. 2) The hotel receptionist is friendly and helpful. 3) There is a restaurant in the lobby area. 4) The room is clean and spacious.

Everthing is good except tge toilet need to add on more cloth hanging hook.

The room was very clean, and disposable toiletries were provided. The location is incredibly convenient: turn right out of the door and you're at the entrance to Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area, and the Science Museum is just a five-minute walk away. Parking is available downstairs, and it's also very easy to call for a ride. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional front desk service. They ensured we had plenty of drinking water daily, and anything we needed was promptly delivered to our room. Their attentiveness was truly remarkable.

The room was spotless and well-equipped. The location is fantastic, right next to Gate 2. There's free parking available in the backyard, and a big plus is that the parking spots even have EV chargers (slow charging)! The in-house restaurant on the ground floor is incredibly convenient, offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. The owners and their family are incredibly kind and welcoming; they were so thoughtful, even giving us a box of local specialties when we checked out. They also offered excellent advice for exploring the scenic area and even provided private car pick-up and drop-off to the Dongzha Scenic Area. Overall, our stay at this guesthouse was absolutely wonderful! We highly, highly recommend it!

The room was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. It's incredibly easy to find, as Amap (Gaode Maps) navigates you directly to the doorstep. The host provided excellent service, even proactively offering to drive us to tourist attractions like Wuzhen East Scenic Zone. They also provided useful travel tips and self-driving guides. The guesthouse itself was spotless and well-maintained. The meals were delicious, affordable, and offered great value for money. What's even better is its extremely convenient location right next to the entrance of Wuzhen West Scenic Zone. Highly recommended!

This guesthouse is incredibly close to Wuzhen Xizha Gate 2, just a 3-4 minute walk away. It was also spotlessly clean. The owner was exceptionally warm and friendly, patiently explaining everything we needed to know about visiting the scenic area. They even offered a complimentary ride to the Old Street and surprised us with a small gift upon check-out.

Its location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Xizha Scenic Area Gate 2. There are plenty of convenient dining options right downstairs. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would absolutely stay here again.
