Highly recommend, the host really hospitality and warming, if i travel there, i will stay this hotel again

Good service. Cause it’s located inside the town,the host met us and showed us where to buy the ticket. They are the best, they even give you a free ride to Xizha and back if you want to go since it’s about 1.5km away.

There were three of us, and we booked a family room. The setting was absolutely wonderful. Our room opened directly onto a waterside balcony, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. The proprietress was exceptionally warm and welcoming; she would turn on the air conditioning for us in advance, even before we came back from our daytime outings. In the evenings, the owner would personally pick up guests from Xizha. Takeaway food could be delivered right to the front desk, which was extremely convenient. And by a wonderful coincidence, we even ran into Huang Lei! We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Wuzhen.

The host was absolutely fantastic! They kindly transported our luggage to the guesthouse in advance, allowing us to head straight to Xizha to explore. Later, they even picked us up from the scenic area. We received complimentary entry at 9 PM, which meant we had the incredible experience of having all of Wuzhen to ourselves the following morning. Oh, and their place is incredibly photogenic – perfect for photos!

Dongzha Scenic Area (and honestly, I found it much better than Xizha) has truly retained its authentic character. The owner was incredibly hospitable, even providing complimentary pick-up and drop-off service. Our room offered a beautiful river view from the window. The price was very reasonable, and for a guesthouse, you really can't expect much more.

The homestay we chose in Wuzhen's Dongzha area this trip had a fantastic waterfront location, offering breathtaking views of the unique water town scenery. Both the early morning and evening landscapes were utterly enchanting. We even had the pleasure of witnessing the charming small bridges, flowing streams, Wupeng boats, and weeping willows during a rainy spell. It was truly an unforgettable experience that made us wish we could linger longer.

The guesthouse is very close to Dongzha Pier. The owner provided excellent service; upon arrival in Wuzhen, he helped us with our luggage. We then went to explore Xizha until 9 PM, and the owner came to pick us up. The next morning, you can take a stroll around Dongzha. Dongzha feels more rustic and authentic, but its facilities and scenery are not as impressive as Xizha's. It's like Dongzha is the 'raw, unedited photo' and Xizha has been 'given a beauty filter.' When booking, I recommend choosing a waterside room; it really enhances the feel of this canal town, and you can even take photos from the opposite bank.

Excellent Service. We were at the East ticketing zone. The owner came to meet us. Helped us register at the ticketing office. FREE for seniors 70+. Walked us to the hostel. Later he carried our luggages for us. Very grateful to him. Offered to send us to the West Scenic Area and pick us later. Without him we could not have access to the West Zone as the East Zone closed at 5 pm.

The host is very helpful and nice. The room is nice and located near the room. There is heat so it could help keep warm.

A very cosy traditional experience. The host was also very helpful and he provided a free ride to and from the bus station.

The room is cozy and comfortable, just that there is some noise from the ceiling in the evening.

The owners are extremely nice and helpful. They meet us at Xizha gate and offer to take our luggages back to the hotel while we’re exploring Xizha. They pick us up at 9pm and drive us back to the hotel in Dongzha. It great that we can visit both side of the town. The owners show us where to buy things with cheap price and experience the boat trip. Excellent

The owner is warm and friendly. Pick us up from 西栅 to 东栅. Even helped us to move the big luggage to our room. It's free to enter 东栅 after 9pm without a ticket. Both sides are pretty. Even though 东栅 is much smaller than 西栅, i like how less crowded it is. There is also a 高杆船 performance on selected time.

the hostel is located in Dongzha scenic area, it is not so big and crowded as Xizha area and not open at night because there are no lanterns as at Xizha, but it has its own unique look of an ancient town in Wuzhen. The host, husband and wife, they both are very friendly and helpful. Arriving there we need to stop at tourism center first and contact the host to come and pick you up. All the hostels there are required the same process.
