The design of the room is a little odd but overall is ok mainly becoz it is still very new. However becoz the entire resort is TOO NEW, there are TOO MANY places still under construction (many paths shown on map that actually are dead-end), so lack of signage and unorganized shuttle car for hotel guests that we were lost when we try to head back to hotel at night after dinner from the restaurant inside the resort (called the so-called assistance hotline was just a message telling me they are not available)... Basically this resort isn't ready for visit unless you just want to take pictures with old houses (and no people) as background.

I reserved 3 rooms for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. The hotel receptionist assisted to have all 3 rooms within the same block beside allow us check in at noon instead of 3pm. She even upgraded one of my room with jacuzzi inside too. She recommends the restaurant just next to the hotel which the foods served are yummy super delicious yet affordable price. The rest serves own make salted pork and fish which go well with rice quite a unique delicious taste. I highly recommend this hotel for distance, convenience and services in Wuzhen vacation. Great location, Great services and above all Great value for money.

We stayed at 16C, restaurant is downstairs and rooms are upstairs. Room is clean and has all the basic necessities such as hair dryer, slipper, toothbrush. Not sound proof so u can hear other guests talking if they don’t lower their volume. Wuzhen is beautiful but was so crowded on Sunday which “ruined” your mood. I believe better to come on weekday / off season.

Big, clean rooms with full amenities. Curteous staff. Our room was in Building 2 and the lobby felt old in line with the look of the entire water town. The room, however, was modern, big, clean with full amenities. The bed and pillow was even adjustable for the firmness. The restaurant and lobby of the building where we had breakfast was 5 star quality. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. Could have also skipped this breakfast for the experience at the morning market. Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only 1 thing, it is not worth to pay for the balcony room on the top floor as it opens to a garden and not the river (no view). It may be better to take a normal room on the ground floor by the river. Also have to take own luggage up the stair case if on top floor. Otherwise, excellent.

Had the pleasure of staying in Wuzhen Zeilin viewing Pavilion boutique Hotel for one night. Upon arrival, the boss was very friendly and gave us local tips for around the Wuzhen area and future travel advice around Jiangsu. The hotel is just a short walking distance to the main Wuzhen Xizha tourist area. The room provided was very clean and spacious, with a large shower. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast downstairs for an affordable cost. The boss also provided a driver for us to travel to Suzhou. Highly recommended and would book again if we ever visit Wuzhen! 👍

The cheapest hotel in the scenic area. Booked this so can enjoy the 早茶客。also convenient where they sent your bags to and from the hotel.

帶爸媽來烏鎮玩，酒店離景區很近打車起步價的距離，總體來説是非常不錯的民宿，老闆有親和力還會介紹好玩的地方，一樓有貓貓，咖啡氛圍感很悠閑，我們是訂的家庭房，房間空間很大也很乾凈！最後退房的時候把衣服忘了，聯繫老闆老闆也非常爽快的幫忙郵寄，太感動啦！！！

我不得不説五星級的服務水平，整個酒店的員工都十分有禮貌，見面就會問好，行李員特別表揚，無論早班還是晚班的，送到房間會告訴你房間的設備設施，mini吧全部酒水第一輪免費，根本喝不完（不過我老公是個飲料精，除了啤酒都喝光了）有可樂，檸檬汁，椰汁，啤酒。4樓有個空中花園，好舒服。裏面環境自己看圖，非常好，房間有地暖，哈哈哈我老公洗了襪子我把襪子放地上一晚就幹了。床是智能調節軟硬這很好，退房時問我有什麼建議我真的提不出來，實在太好了，但是我還真的有點建議，枕頭太軟了，一睡就塌下去。我好久沒有住到這麼高質數的酒店了，等烏鎮再商業化一些吧，帶孩子也去一趟。
