我定的套房。確實是不錯。環境也不錯。就是這個服務真的體驗感賊差。星級也是五星級但是從辦理入住時候就讓我等着。然後房卡掉了補張房卡竟然要50塊錢？？我住過太多太多五星酒店了 從沒聽說過補張房卡竟然要收費50塊錢？？然後水也衹有兩瓶。再要水還要10塊錢一瓶？？說一天衹有兩瓶免費水。真的蠻搞笑的。護髮素也沒有 打掃房間的阿姨態度也差。

非常棒的入住體驗，第一次住這邊，屬於是市中心，交通和購物都非常便利，關鍵是太太太好吃了，一定要點他家的招牌！會客宴請都是非常合適的。

Lovely hotel and location in a quieter area. Overall friendly service and bell hop. Family room large and comfortable. Nice view from room especially at night. Location and hours information was not shared at time of check in re: swimming pool, gym, spa. Especially for foreigners, this would be appreciated as no info is provided in the room. Later when we asked, told pool opens at 1 pm and no morning swimming before ceck out. We chose the hotel partly because of pool and were disappointed. Buttons to clean room unclear if on or off. Room was not cleaned even after a phone call to reception confirming they would send someone. Very helpful customer service with sending items that were left behind in the room. Breakfast was excellent although a 5 min walk from hotel. Also a good western restaurant. Overall Wuzhen is a beautiful ancient water town well worth a visit.

環境：酒店在烏鎮西柵景區裏面，還算是景區的核心位置，緊鄰坐船碼頭、木心美術館、染坊等，去哪都方便。 衞生：乾淨，衞生間很大。 設施：酒店大堂設計很有逼格，頭頂掛的是竹簡，酒店房間的兩床房其實是兩房一廳一衞的套房，房型據説是根據進京趕考的學子住的客棧的靈感設計，我和朋友都喜歡這種設計，獨立私密互不影響又相互照應。 服務：一流服務，服務員都很有眼力見，讓人如沐春風。 還有早餐吃的也非常好，唯一就是房間窗外的景色衹有白牆青瓦，但瑕不掩瑜，不愧是互聯網大佬們去吃過飯的烏鎮名店！

年前決定來烏鎮西柵度假，通過攜程推薦選擇了宜園精品酒店。酒店坐落於離主街步行2分鐘的位置、非常方便。 設施：酒店裝修精美、配套設施齊全。並且還有一個設計幽美的園林、很適合閑暇時間在裏面消磨時間。 衞生：酒店非常乾淨、每天的房間打掃阿姨打掃的很用心。 環境：酒店的選址、設計非常巧妙。雖然坐落於離主街非常近的位置，但是環境十分安靜、房間隔音也不錯。 服務：酒店前台、餐廳服務人員都訓練的非常好，來的前一天酒店就安排了專門負責行程的管家小宇。因為是淡季、還給我們免費升級成了豪華大床房。管家工作到位、認真負責。餐廳服務生小陳也非常專業。居住體驗滿分！ 唯一值得趕緊的有可能是房間衞生間需要升級，但總體來講是非常棒的體驗！
