Hotel Lago

a wonderful hotel run by a wonderful family and staff. Big modern rooms with a balcony facing the lake. Great Bar and restaurant with amazing views of the lake. Great location to visit the entire Lake Como area. We would love to come back again.

I loved this hotel! A gem sitting right on Lake Como in the town on Torno. About a 15 minute drive from Como, and easy accessible via Ferry to other small towns on the Lake. The hotel itself is very modern, clean and great design. The staff is beyond helpful. There is a restaurant and bar open on site, which was also good! Highly recommend staying here!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Hotel Lago’s room was modern and spacious. Shower is excellent. The patio has magnificent views. Sylvia the manager was very helpful as it can be a little tricky finding transportation to Bellagio because of the narrow roads and limited taxi service. I would recommend hotel but be aware of the logistics of getting around without a car.

This small family run hotel caters to its guests. The property manager Silvia was professional and helpful - taking time to show us the whole property and explain all the area had to offer. We had a spacious room overlooking the lake with a lovely balcony. The hotel is walking distance to the town of Tourino using a lovely old pedestrian walkway. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Lake Como.

What an amazing hotel! We had a wonderful time honeymooning at Hotel Lago. The hotel is very clean, everything is new, comfortable beds, spectacular views & friendly staff. The location is ideal for a relaxing time, far enough from the tourist spots, but not too far. We're looking forward to visiting again!

Modern, clean, with great and very accommodating staff. Comfortable king size bed, strong air conditioner that doesn’t turn off when you leave the room so the temperature in the room is always comfortable (very important when you get back from the outside on a hot day), and the bathroom has a large shower with strong water pressure (also important). We enjoyed out stay at this hotel very much.

This is one of the best hotels in Lake Como area. Amazing service , amazing hotel room with amenities , amazing restaurant. I travel a lot and have stayed at Aman hotels and Four Seasons. We were a family of 8. Booked 2 large family rooms. It is better than any hotel I have stayed at. Family that runs it is amazing. I interacted with owner Roberto and son Ricardo the most. The service they provided went above and beyond. Hotel room was very new and updated. View was stunning. Restaurant food was unbelievable. We are there twice infact. Better than Villa D’este across the lake. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The Singh - Bedi family would like to thank Hotel Lago for an overall excellent stay, kindness towards our kids and 10 star service and Michelin level food. Trust me. Stay here and you won’t regret it.
