Luckily there was a parking spot just outside the hotel. The reception was friendly. The room was decent. The hotel is at the end of the town, with the restaurants being a short walk away. The restaurant put SO MUCH oil over my salad without asking me first. Please--＞ "let the customer add oil to taste".....

Whenever I've visited Toro I've stayed here. It's a good hotel in a superb location. There are rooms with fantastic views over the plain. I didn't book one of those but luckily had a perfect view of the church. I would strongly recommend this, for the location if nothing else.

The view from our room’s balcony was amazing! The room itself was spacious and very “Old World” but with a modern bathroom.
The entire hotel has the feel of true Spanish culture of by gone days. The staff could not have done more to see that we were well taken care of. This hotel is highly recommend

We chose this place for the setting but were not expecting that there was no restaurant and no bar open on the night we stayed . All we were told was ‘we have a problem’. Receptionist ‘recommended’ places to eat in the village, most of which were closed. Rubbish room with the smallest bathroom ever but we got moved due to leaky air conditioning which dripped water all over mut husband’s suitcase. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, there was the self service breakfast - you even had to set your own table and help yourself to milk, juice etc from a carton in the fridge! Stale bread, rubbish croissants and cake things in cellophane wrappers - could it be any worse? Avoid at all costs!

The view from the plaza is incomparable, at day, at night... just have a drink or a snack by the bar and enjoy the view.

Amazing location with fantastic view of the river Duero. Easy to walk to sights , cafés etc.
Disappointing that they were not doing any meals except breakfast, no bar or cafe was open whilst we were there. Great shame as they overlooked the lovely view. Were not told this beforehand .
