Luxury condo with Free Parking

This was scam. We talked to a person on the phone to check in 30min later. We were supposed to meet someone to manage the credit card deposit. No one showed up. Calling the manager, he said, we 'cancelled and requested a refund', which we did not! Either way, we got the money back, but had to stay at a very expansive alternative! Do not book this!

The place was pretty much as advertised - common room and bedroom. The dedicated bathroom is not adjoined to the bedroom, but fine. The little balcony is very useful. As some others have written, gaining initial entry is not completely obvious and if you don’t know what emailing deposit payment means, you may want to look elsewhere. The doorknobs are seriously in need of replacement! We not only were briefly locked OUT of our bedroom, but at one point were also “locked” in the bedroom! Also with so many short term rentals in the building, the elevator situation is BAD. You may not want to stay there when a Blue Jays game is going on next door unless you like waiting in line for a half hour for the elevator (the stairs aren’t even an option - we tried).

This is not a hotel, more like a scammy AirBnB. The following was not listed on the property: (1) this is a room in a shared space, and you will get texted the night before how many roommates you’re sharing the space with (2) there are cameras in the unit, which is insane and illegal (3) there is a dog in the unit. Even with this misleading information only dropped at the last minute, Trip.com would only keep asking the “hotel” for a refund which they would always reject. I couldn’t even stay there due to allergies to dog but the hotel’s only defence is that the listing says they’re “pet friendly”. That’s very different than having a dog in the unit! Don’t book this.

I had an exceptional stay at this property! The free parking was a huge plus, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights. Our host was fantastic, providing excellent communication from start to finish. The apartment was super clean, which made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. Five stars!

This hotel is run by the most unprofessional scam artists I’ve ever come across! These people list a completely fabricated listing from what ur actually in store for . After they took payment , they send me a txt clarifying that I should be aware that My husband and I will be sharing a unit with 6 OTHER People, have a video camera filming inside the unit , which is completely ILLEGAL, and there’s a DOG in the Unit as well. Due to allergies above all, we could not keep our reservations. Trip.com was completely willing to refund us, only the rude female host REJECTED our request.keeping our reservation open. I then spent until 2 am calling and messaging until the hotel turned off the cell phone leaving us in the cold with no where to go. We end up. He king into a motel and spending another 150. The next day trip.com tried again to get them to refund me, and the same b$$(& rejected it AGAIN, and after 4pm sent me a txt saying to send $400 deposit and she will arrange someone to meet me to check in. As if, I would send $400 to a person with reviews of people struggling to get their deposits back for the last 25% of my reservation. They made my 2 day stay HELL & because of them my plans that were the reason for booking had to be cancelled. If you book with these animals. Know that ur in for an unimaginable experience, with NO privacy , last I checked there’s no 6 bedroom condo at DanLeckie way , which is what they told trip.com Rude and antagonizing, this company needs to be investigated and removed immediately from all3rd party services since they ruin their reputations. Trips.com is in the process of reviewing my case to the upper mgmt team, working to get me my full refund. Fingers crossed🤞🏽 Beware of this horrible host!

Thank you for the B&B you guys provide. It was amazing. The communication was a little off in the beginning, but after talking with the assistant on the day of, it clear things up. It is a little work to get the key. They will call and give you info the day of. You have to park your car on side street, they’ll buzz you in, you go to the unit to get the key and back to your car. When you get to the basement parking lot, please turn right and open it with the fob (it took us a long time to figure it out, no arrows for direction). The elevator should be in the middle of the parking lot (it took us sometime to find them too). The place itself was clean and has a nice view of the city. Neighbours are very quiet. The assistants were friendly. Checking out: well it’s tricky, you have to get your car out first, then come back to the unit to leave the key. The deposit will be reimbursed after the cleaner sees the place (which could be hours). They take cash/paypal/e-transfer for the deposit. Just communicate with them in advance and you’ll be fine.

Fabulous stay. The views from the condo makes you not wanna leave. Host is very professional and accessible anytime we messages them. Very clean and awesome beds. You can see all the way across the lake Niagara Falls towers. It was very central with lots to do just downstairs on the same block. Many different stores and restaurants. They let us check in early and check out late. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and save money. Overall best place way better than any hotel. We are thankful and will be back
