I booked this place for a quiet work environment, so I haven’t had a chance to enjoy the amenities yet. However, I did order room service for a late dinner—the food was pretty good, and the service was excellent!

The hotel’s location is excellent – an easy train ride from the airport to downtown, and just a 10-minute walk from the station. There’s a Starbucks right across the street, which was very convenient. On the evening of check-in, there was live music in the lobby, creating a lively, vibrant atmosphere. The room itself was spacious with great amenities, including a stovetop and kitchenware, allowing us to make breakfast and simple meals – a rare and much-appreciated feature! The shower was great, and soundproofing was well done. The only minor issue was that I couldn’t connect my computer to the TV screen for easier work setup. The screen mirroring feature didn’t work, and the connecting cable was quite short, but since it wasn’t essential, I didn’t contact the front desk. Overall, a wonderful stay – 4.5/5!

Great hotel and great location. Even the smaller suits have enough space.... And a dishwasher.

Me and my husband book our hotel for our first year wedding anniversary. Staff and rooms were all excellent. Ambiance of the hotel was very nice as well with low lighting and comfortable seating in the main hall and in-suit. Only major down side is the amenities! For my room to be decorated I waited an extra 30-40 minutes past my check in time when it was scheduled to be completed for 2:00 pm. I payed $37 (with tax+ gratitude) for the hotel to do below bare minimum decorations of the room… only the bed was decorated NOT THE ENTIRE ROOM with plastic rose petals. Didn’t have the best experience of “love and elegance”. Not worth the price and ruined the start of my anniversary getaway..definitely not returning.

There was a subway station right in front of the hotel, which made using public transportation very convenient. The shopping mall was also just a 10- to 15-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent stay in the hotel, has a lot of festivities in the hotel. The service is excellent. Whenever we don’t have something, they are able to provide most of the amenities for us. I appreciate the stay have a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom so we can feel more like a home than a hotel! Would recommend!

Great location, staff were friendly. Had valet parking overnight for 60$. Booked a room with pullout bed for 3 adults. Some parts of the hotel and rooms are showing its wear and tear / dated decor. Elevator wait times a bit longer than expected. Otherwise, comfortable stay.

Very old and no maintenance, the compressor of the heater was was very noisy

Would recommend and will use again when we return to toronto

Location of the hotel is great. Subway is just downstairs. Easy to get to the tourist spots. The hotel’s counter staff, technician, and the staff working at the restaurant were all helpful and friendly. Thank Joyce for her assistance when the phone in the room was not working well.

Hotel was so beautiful and we got upgraded to a high room for free :)

We were happy of the place and the location. We were supposed to give 5 star. But an incident happened when we left. I requested for a cab to bring us to Billy Bishop airport and a lady assisted us well. We were informed that the cab is already outside, we placed all our stuffs in the cab and we sat inside ready to leave. But another guy also requested for a cab right after us. A very accommodating and friendly staff (Indian) helped us bring our luggages outside. (He was really kind, assisted us regardless of our nationality.) But when we were about to leave the guy (White, could be America ) who also asked for a cab webt outside assuming that our cab was his. The front desk (Chinese) asked the other staff (Indian) to ask us out of the cab, the Indian guy explained that we asked for a cab first but the Chinese guy didn't bother to listen. All he wants was for us to get out of the cab, didn't even apologize.

The rooms are cleaned very well. Good location and room size. Staff is friendly too

The hotel was just awesome, place in the middle of Down town, it was a luxury, clean and just perfect place, especially if you rent on 42-46 tower, view at lake and other towers. I definitely recommend this place to any guests, as couples, families, etc. Unforgetable memories.
