2nd times stay in this hotel, good location , have gym room and free shuttle to hotel/airport. walk 5 to 7minutes to restaurant near by. Recommended.

Conveniently located with walking distance to restaurants bars and coffee shop. Nearby train station and free shuttle bus services to and fro airport. Clean and quietly with a gym restaurant and bar. I stay here when travelling to Toronto. Great hotel to stay.

Good Hotel with friendly staffs. Their room service is very good

Staff did what they had to do. Shuttle service was good although they don’t want you to use it unless arriving or checking out. Breakfast was plentiful and room was quiet, bed comfy.

This is a good experience to live here I had a late flight with 3 large luggages Called the shuttle to arrange bus to hotel which was very convenient Inside the room is decent and big enough , the price is reasonable

Always enjoy our stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, large free breakfast with lots of options. Ample free parking. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7. Snacks and drinks on each floor. Comfy bed, big shower, couch .. everything is nice. Only wish the tv had a tv guide channel so you could see what shows are playing rather than skipping through all the channels!

Close to airport, convenient shuttle, friendly staff and clean hotel

Shuttle Service and driver from Airport was very good. Front desk very pleasant and efficient. A real pleasure to deal with. For a grab and go the food was fine. Fresh and there was a variety. Shuttle returning to the airport was crowded but the staff made it work and accommodated everyone’s needs. We were very pleased with all the staff at the Best Western, specifically the young lady at the front desk. We will more then likely use this location again when in the area.

I must thank the young female staff of the hotel. She picked us up at airport at 12:30 am As the flight had been delayed so we arrived Toronto airport at mid-night. We called the hotel for free shutle, I was very luckly just waiting for 10 minutes. The "driver" was the same person to whom answered my call. She told me no free shutle bus after midnight, however, she was so kind to pick us in view of our special situation. Thanks for the great staff. The hotel was so comfortable with great breakfast. Recommeded to all.
