Sangat bagus !! Pembersihan yang sangat baik !!!

The Novotel Toronto North York was good for a place to sleep in a convenient location to good stores and the subway, but I would only stay here if I needed a place to crash in North York. Check in was very quick and the service was good. Amenities and hotel decor seemed a bit dated though. There were strands of the previous guest hair in a corner of the bathroom that did not seem to be cleaned well enough and then the night of my shower, the drainage was a little bit slow. The water pressure on the 15th floor for my room also seemed to be a little low. TV channels for the cable service were also lacking signal at random points throughout the broadcast. At least the channels broadcasting PBS and the Olympics were still flawless, so that was a plus.

Hotel is a bit old but generally clean. Shower in bathroom works particularly good. Excellent location with many options of good restaurants and the subway station nearby. Room is spacious with two queen beds good for 4 adults.

I loved it, clean , and very nice hotell. Location was absolutely amazing and the receptionist was amazing too.

Always enjoy staying here. Our room this time wasn’t as well kept as others that we’ve been in. We booked a room with a bathtub but didn’t end up using it. It looked like it was quickly repainted and the paint was peeling as we showered. The only vent in the washroom which is inside the shower had a hefty amount of dust built up. Regardless, these minor inconveniences don’t take away from the value this hotel offers, we always enjoy our stay.

This hotel has regular housing option, with very convenient location access. The north York Centre station is right below

only the location is good and others thingd really disappointed！

Clean room Good location, near Downtown

Hotel is above the North York Centre subway station (line 1). The hotel staff were helpful and kind. Room was clean and comfortable.

Location is excellent

Horrible stay. Check-in process messed up and asked for our ID again to scan. Carpet was extremely dirty in the room. Found hair in the bathtub. Couldn’t even take a shower cause the shower head broke. The maintenance guy came in and out of the room multiple times saying that he will be back with the tools and/or right parts…. Like seriously? You just cant bring them all with you in the first place? Front desk was helpless when we requested for the room change. The hotel just had to get two things right. Provide clean and hot shower and comfortable bed. Epic failure. Never will stay in this hotel ever again nor recommend to anyone.

The keycard always not working. Whenever I back to the hotel I will need to ask people to help me open the door. I call the room service to get some water then the receptionist asks me to go downstairs to grab it myself. Also, water is not free. Never went to a hotel that need to pay for the water.

Great hotel and clean.

It is very comfortable.
