good location, lots of restaurants round, and just on top of a subway station.

Excellent location with direct access to subway st. Lots of restaurants nearby, supermarket and drugstore were also nearby. Reasonable room rate nice and cozy view from room drawback: shower was quite slow. no bottled water provided no kettle provided. no self laundry facility

Great location and gym, but the breakfast was subpar and the swimming pool was closed.

A very comfortable stay in a spacious room with a lovely view from the 15th floor. Well equipped gym but the pool was closed for repairs. The TV had poor signal and despite reporting to reception, it was still not fixed when we checked out after 3 nights. The metro station is around the corner for a 30minute ride into city centre. There is a shopping centre across the street with a huge supermarket and a good liquor store.

Hotel location is quite convenient, metro station just 3 minutes away. The worst issue is the toilet flashing system.

The Novotel Toronto North York was good for a place to sleep in a convenient location to good stores and the subway, but I would only stay here if I needed a place to crash in North York. Check in was very quick and the service was good. Amenities and hotel decor seemed a bit dated though. There were strands of the previous guest hair in a corner of the bathroom that did not seem to be cleaned well enough and then the night of my shower, the drainage was a little bit slow. The water pressure on the 15th floor for my room also seemed to be a little low. TV channels for the cable service were also lacking signal at random points throughout the broadcast. At least the channels broadcasting PBS and the Olympics were still flawless, so that was a plus.

Convenient location. Even though the hotel is on the older side, the condition is much better than I expected. Bed is comfortable.

Hotel is a bit old but generally clean. Shower in bathroom works particularly good. Excellent location with many options of good restaurants and the subway station nearby. Room is spacious with two queen beds good for 4 adults.

I loved it, clean , and very nice hotell. Location was absolutely amazing and the receptionist was amazing too.

Always enjoy staying here. Our room this time wasn’t as well kept as others that we’ve been in. We booked a room with a bathtub but didn’t end up using it. It looked like it was quickly repainted and the paint was peeling as we showered. The only vent in the washroom which is inside the shower had a hefty amount of dust built up. Regardless, these minor inconveniences don’t take away from the value this hotel offers, we always enjoy our stay.
