Hotel is very dated, so are the rooms. Surprised with Westin's standard, but we only wanted a place to sleep before early morning flight, so did not bother much. If staying for longer than a short night good to explore other options.

The hotel is old, but on the upside, it's very close to Pearson Airport with a free shuttle service, which is convenient for guests staying one night to catch a flight. However, the breakfast was terrible.

I stayed here for a night before my flight during my trip to Canada. It's a hotel with good value for money. The breakfast is average, and there's a parking fee, but it's a perfectly adequate hotel for a one-night stay.

Despite massage oil provided to promote sleep well, I couldn't sleep at all. While I read that pet stay and shuttle bus were free, the hotel said those were incidental so there would be charges. Fortunately, Trip.com compensated me for the shuttle bus fee but the hotel already spoiled my mood to have a quality stay with my pet dog.

It was just so-so, definitely not comparable to Westin hotels in China. You have to call for the T3 airport shuttle, which I didn't know, so I waited for half an hour. It costs 8 CAD to get to the airport in the morning. It's not within walking distance. Most of the staff are Indian. The room facilities were pretty standard. My biggest complaint is the shower – it's one of those in-tub showers, so be careful not to slip getting in and out. Everything else was alright.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Westin Toronto Airport. The dinner and lunch experiences were remarkably good and very tasteful. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, the service remained genuine, attentive, and professional throughout. The front desk team was also excellent, very efficient during both check-in and check-out, which made the overall stay smooth and stress-free. The Starbucks staff member deserves special mention as well for being exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The only area that could use some improvement was the room cleanliness. While the room overall was comfortable, some details seemed to be overlooked, and the carpet near the entrance had quite a bit of debris on it. Overall, it was still a very good experience with outstanding hospitality and dining service.

Fast front desk service and clean rooms. The building itself seems old from outside but inside is nice and modern.

The hotel is great quality, I really liked it, and I'll definitely stay here again.

The Westin Toronto Airport is a very good hotel. The premises may be dated but maintenance has been very good. I found the staff friendly, courteous, and efficient. The Buffet breakfast was very good with very good variety. The free airport shuttle is also very efficient.

Overall it was alright, just a bit noisy outside in the middle of the night.

Great for business trips, highly recommend!

Unbelievable breakfast. Great rooms. Very accommodating and kind staff. Will absolutely return to this hotel.
