Ulasan Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown

Got so lucky to have this room which was perfect to spend time to catch up with my friends! Suite room was amazing and the cleaner was the most professional one we have ever met! The location is just right in front of the Harbour and likely 5 mins from Union station! We definitely stay again

A great hotel in a prime location. The Radisson Blu is situated right on the harbor. It is surrounded by iconic locations, great restaurants and attractions. The CN tower and Roger Center are just a few minutes walk. You can walk along the harbor boardwalk or sit in a nice cafe and watch planes take off and land at the small island airport just across the water.

The service was so so, front desk staffs need more training and need to accommodate more of our reasonable needs

When I checked in I was upgraded to water view but 2nd floor so didn't see much. Room was very clean. A permanant sign showing what time the inner doors are locked at night and to use your key rather than a piece of paper taped to the glass would probably be a better idea.

Perfect from the start. Will stay there again. Check-in staff were excellent. Great location.

Great location by the water with numerous restaurants/watering holes around. Bedding was very soy and room was generally clean. My only complaint would be the bathrooms could use a renovation and our shower didn’t seem like it had been cleaned very well, the grout on the floor looked a bit dingy and the drain had orange residue around it. The ceiling panels in the shower could be lifted up which was also a bit odd. Would probably stay here again for a blue jays game or something but would also shop around.

It is a nice hotel. A little less modern that some hotels I've been. I do wish breakfast was included. They didn't have a real room service. TV quality is not good, screen hotel services were not working. But the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and that's what I needed the most.

The hotel is situated close to tourists spots. It’s also close to good food and essential stores in case you need something from the drugmart. Pick-up/drop off for ride share apps are smooth. Overall, our stay and sleep was great because the bed and pillows are nice and soft!

The bed was super comfortable, and the location is excellent. It's just a ten-minute walk to the TV Tower. The hotel is by the lake, so you get a beautiful lake view from the breakfast room in the morning. You can also take a stroll by the lake, and it's very close to the boat tours.

When it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning. The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later. While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit. Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room. Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.

Great experience overall, with very friendly staff and great views of city and the lake. A big shoutout to Nathalia who assisted us with the room reservation and special requests.
