Very good

It's so small and the facilities is so poor. It is noisy because the garbage track organized the garbages in morning.

It's a good place but it is not warm in the room

Convenient location, better environment, friendly environment and staffs.

Terrible room conditions

I think the name is really like university, a lot of different people there, and some people who lived there is really noise, and they were complaining or argue about something in the night that I stayed until 1:30 am. It is really not respect the other one. I am not sure only the night like that or ….everyday? Exactly, they are in the nice location, you can walk around downtown. But it is really noisy. When people close the door, talk in outside. Make a lot of different noise.

The hotel is OK for the money.

The stay at University Apartment was one of the worst hotel/hostel experiences we have ever encountered. We booked and stayed in two rooms for two nights. On the second night an aggressive trespasser entered University Apartments and repeatedly tried to enter our two rooms. We called the reception number at University Apartments numerous times, eventually someone answered and directed us to call 911 emergency services if we needed help. This was an entirely unconcerned response to a dangerous situation. One of the doors of the rooms we rented did not close properly and it needed to be barricaded with furniture to keep the intruder out. We eventually called the Toronto Police who responded and dealt with the trespasser. On seeing the accommodations at University Apartment they recommended not continuing our stay at the property because it was not safe. We do not recommend this unsafe, unsanitary, unresponsive, and uncaring facility to any traveller.

This is dirty place with weird and rude management. Just avoid

外の窓がほぼ空いている状態なので9月頭に行きましたが夜は10度ほどなので寒くて風邪をひきました。階段しかないのでキャリーバッグを2階に運ぶのは少し大変でした。ドライヤーはありません。冷蔵庫と電子レンジはあります。ボディーソープみたいなのは床に置いてありましたが蓋も開いている状態だったので自分で持ってきたものを使いました。夏に寝泊まりだけで使う分には良い施設だと思います。
