Great hotel. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed every minute. I only wish that breakfast was included, considering how high the price was.

My husband and I stay overnight in the city a lot and have tried almost every hotel in the city core. The Ace was hands down our favourite in every category. The service and staff were 10/10, the design and architecture are incredible, the rooms are so accessible, so chic— yet very homey, the location is perfect and the restaurants are fabulous! P.S: Steak lovers: skip Jacob’s and go to Alder, way better steak, price and experience. To say we loved our stay is an understatement and we already cannot wait to stay there again.

Amazing service. Very helpful and polite at the same time. I also love the neighborhood. There is a park across from the hotel where you get to enjoy green landscape and watching cute dogs walking as well. I also recommend trying their food. Their tomato carpaccios, steak and coconut cake, amazing! Everyone in the hotel was very helpful, polite and kind!

Great vibes all around. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the rooftop bar was incredible! The rooms were really cool. Great area too - it felt safe. I value safety as we were two women traveling alone. You also needed your room card in the elevator to access rooms. This was an extra layer of safety that we loved.

I love this hotel! An incredible architecture and interior details, comfortable rooms and friendly stuff. Comfortable bed, really big tub! You can also enjoy a delicious dinner at a Michelin guide restaurant Adler that located downstairs. Location is perfect:close by the down town.

Everything about this hotel is perfect ! But the bead and pillows stand out for me.It was hard getting out of bed to explore Toronto! The staff at reception were super helpful . Couldn’t ask for more! The design of the hotel has been done so well. It’s very stylish and in a great location!

I loved the bed AND the bath tub. The matcha cookies are top ! I went to the rooftop a bit and it's fun, but not super fun going solo when it's too late. Everyone in the staff is super kind and attentive, 5/5 stars ⭐ I didn't have the opportunity to hit Alder but I read is run by a Michelin chef, so the experience must be quite something. You def should visit

Everything from the street to the suite was perfection. The most beautiful building in Toronto from its architecture to the interior design. I was never wanting for anything during our stay and yet we weren't fussed over. It was just there. Record players and hand selected vinyl from Arts & Craft was icing on the cake. Make sure you grab supper at Alder - incredible dining experience and good vibes all around. The only downfall is you'll feel inclined to re-design your entire house after staying here. Good thing I found the Ace shop...

The hotel is amazingly beautiful. The light coming thru the huge picture windows in the lobby is inspiring. A great place to meet people, have a drink and watch the sky change colour. Evangeline on the roof as well. One of the finest buildings designed and built in Canada in the last 20 years. Definitely worth seeing.

The hotel is amazing and the beds were so comfy. The view of the park and lighting was incredible. However, for the price paid there were no ammenities. Not even tea or coffee in the room was included. I have stayed at hotels all over the US and UK and even in some of the most exclusive hotels have always had a few free amenities. Staff was friendly and welcoming as well.
