Hotel di The Harbourfront, Toronto

The location is perfect, a ten-minute walk from the Union Station and just adjacent to the ferry pier to Toronto Island. The ferry just cost 8.70 CAD for round trip for 20 mins. It is a nice place to visit, especially those who enjoy nature. We booked a room facing the lake, which is highly recommended. It is a real picture taken in the early morning from the window. The room service is nice and the buffet breakfast with lots of varieties of food. I needed to have a zoom meeting, and the internet service is stable. Though it is a paid service, it was waived as I am Bonvoy Member. Do join their membership.

First time staying at this Hotel. Staff was amazing when checking in. Room was comfortable and quiet. No pool until summer but we knew this. Store, breakfast restaurant and sports bar connected to the building. Close to all the tourist spots if you do not mind a small walk. Close to the water so summer time probably even a better spot. Will use again because the price was good.

位置在downtow市中心，一流便利，對面是皇家博物館，陶瓷博物館等，非常值得遊覽，酒店左右分別有2家超市、TIM coffee、麥當勞，往左200米左右就是奢品街，lv、梵克雅寶等應有盡有，直接步行隨便逛，實在是令人大感驚喜。酒店古典風格，人不多，沒有旅行團之類，不嘈雜，本人喜歡。早餐不自助，單點的，還不錯。衞生間熱水量大特別喜歡，空調聲音有點令人尷尬，房間燈光有點暗淡，但空間夠大，依稀可見舊日輕奢。前台服務態度很友好。總之是性價比超高。會繼續選擇入住。

酒店位於地鐵1號線與2號線的交匯處：Bloor-Yonge站外300米，小巷內黑色的小樓。窗外，綠葉扶疏。 復古的老式電話、一些很文藝的厚本書籍。 最驚喜的，是居然有黑膠唱片。把唱片從封套中拉出，放在Crosley唱盤上，享受。 沒有咖啡機，衹提供速溶咖啡。但，熱水壺為SMEG，意大利奢侈品牌。

The check in was quick and came with two complementary waters. The design of the lobby was nice and the room was very spacious and well furnished, especially for its location in the busier areas of the city. I liked how there was a full body mirror in the room and in many places other in the hotel. There are a good amount of restaurants and transportation options nearby so it was very easy to navigate as a tourist. Unfortunately the door/walls had bad noise insulation so I kept mistaking the sound of doors/keys for people trying to enter my room which made me feel quite uneasy and paranoid. This is the only reason took a star off each category of this rating.

The service was outstanding. Every time we needed something they were prompt and genuinely cared about meeting our every need. They made our daughter (6) feel very special and were extremely helpful with some printing and scanning business needs I had early in the morning. The room was spotless, comfortable and spacious. Food and service was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Possibly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. However, I can’t give full 5 stars to Hotel St. Regis Toronto for reasons that I’ll explain later. On the subject of location, the Hotel St. Regis in Toronto is in a very fantastic location in downtown Toronto with many of the city’s main sights and attractions (CN Tower, St. Lawrence’s Market and Yonge-Dundas square) all within short walking distance from this hotel. Readily accessible through RideShare apps too. Regarding staff, they were super friendly and helpful, in our experience. We initially had some debit card issues at check-in and admittedly, we should have been better-prepared for the credit card culture in North America. Thankfully, St. Regis were very flexible and our debit card issues were eventually resolved. I’m truly impressed by how accommodating St. Regis are for those of us who are from places that very rarely use credit cards. The offer of complimentary water at check-in was also appreciated. The housekeeping team, especially the Filipinos, were very thorough, kept our suite spotless and respected guest privacy. And on check-out experience, this is where St. Regis Toronto loses points for me. The check-out process took way longer than what is typically expected especially for a 5-star location (should be ＜10 min but took about 30 min for us). Unfortunately, a bit of the little time we have left in Toronto was wasted. What’s also disappointing was this time, there was no offer of complimentary drinks (even tap water, which is free and generally safe to drink in Toronto) while we wait. Admittedly, the staff seemed overwhelmed and visibly stressed during the time we were trying to check-out but I hope the situation improves for the St. Regis Toronto team in the future. On the atmosphere, it was magnificent and luxurious. These two words came to mind when we first entered the lobby. The grandiose look of Hotel St. Regis in Toronto permeated the whole building, from the hallways to our suite. In terms of our room, we booked the Grand Suite which was on the 28th floor and the views from up there, especially at night, were phenomenal. Our suite was very spacious and generally had plenty of storage room. St. Regis Toronto also loses some points here when it comes to storage since we found that there was insufficient storage space for cold items and there was no freezer either. The heated floors and the walk-in shower were also fantastic. The accent wall, mood lighting, clever use of marble for the room design and chandeliers were wonderful touches too, contributing to the luxurious atmosphere of this hotel. The living area of the Grand Suite was our favourite area, especially at night. I’m going to mention the views from the Grand Suite again as they were truly spectacular. On the online engagement. at the time of writing, I found the low level of engagement by St. Regis Toronto with online reviewers here at Google disappointing. Overall the hotel is great. The M Club Lounge is outstanding. Hotel bar/restaurant is very solid. Fitness center is adequate to all my needs. Staff across the board are top notch. The main issue 'for me' is that I am a light sleeper and if you have aircraft taking off on runway 06 L (especially the larger jets) you can actually feel a minor rumbling in the room (hotel is really close to end of runway). Besides this and other than the rooms/bathroom need updating, this hotel would be a 5 star review all day long.

Good location and nice king size bed room Just wifi needs to pay and free for Marriott member only I am the Marriott member but during the check out , it charges me wifi fee , after discussion, then it was waived as I am the member , I would suggest to Offer free wifi for hotel customers as this is very common in all other high class hotels

We were happy of the place and the location. We were supposed to give 5 star. But an incident happened when we left. I requested for a cab to bring us to Billy Bishop airport and a lady assisted us well. We were informed that the cab is already outside, we placed all our stuffs in the cab and we sat inside ready to leave. But another guy also requested for a cab right after us. A very accommodating and friendly staff (Indian) helped us bring our luggages outside. (He was really kind, assisted us regardless of our nationality.) But when we were about to leave the guy (White, could be America ) who also asked for a cab webt outside assuming that our cab was his. The front desk (Chinese) asked the other staff (Indian) to ask us out of the cab, the Indian guy explained that we asked for a cab first but the Chinese guy didn't bother to listen. All he wants was for us to get out of the cab, didn't even apologize.
