Hotel di Toronto dengan Kolam Renang

位置在downtow市中心，一流便利，對面是皇家博物館，陶瓷博物館等，非常值得遊覽，酒店左右分別有2家超市、TIM coffee、麥當勞，往左200米左右就是奢品街，lv、梵克雅寶等應有盡有，直接步行隨便逛，實在是令人大感驚喜。酒店古典風格，人不多，沒有旅行團之類，不嘈雜，本人喜歡。早餐不自助，單點的，還不錯。衞生間熱水量大特別喜歡，空調聲音有點令人尷尬，房間燈光有點暗淡，但空間夠大，依稀可見舊日輕奢。前台服務態度很友好。總之是性價比超高。會繼續選擇入住。

The check in was quick and came with two complementary waters. The design of the lobby was nice and the room was very spacious and well furnished, especially for its location in the busier areas of the city. I liked how there was a full body mirror in the room and in many places other in the hotel. There are a good amount of restaurants and transportation options nearby so it was very easy to navigate as a tourist. Unfortunately the door/walls had bad noise insulation so I kept mistaking the sound of doors/keys for people trying to enter my room which made me feel quite uneasy and paranoid. This is the only reason took a star off each category of this rating.

Thank you to the front desk staff - Perry for accommodating our check-in time earlier than usual. I can see the hotel is very busy. And Perry's smile really impressive when I first entered the hotel. It's true and warm-hearted. Room are nice and tidy. Can't imagine this hotel is more than 10 years when Perry told me. Definitely will come back for next visit!

Would give them 6 stars if I could! Loved our stay here for our anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, great location, great service and everything we perfect. Marriott ambassador, so they went above and beyond. Louis Louis was great as well. You won’t be disappointed!!

Food was excellent. Hockey families were put next to Airline employees causing drama every day. These groups should be kept together with Pilots on quiet floors. We don’t enjoy being yelled at by others including employees and security. Parking fees are high and all car chargers are broken. I would have to choose a hotel with functional chargers when we return next month.

Good location and nice king size bed room Just wifi needs to pay and free for Marriott member only I am the Marriott member but during the check out , it charges me wifi fee , after discussion, then it was waived as I am the member , I would suggest to Offer free wifi for hotel customers as this is very common in all other high class hotels

Dan ketika saya tiba, kesan pertama saya adalah mungkin ia tidak sesuai dengan reputasinya yang hebat. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, easily accessible from Toronto Pearson International Airport by UP Express and the subway. And has lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly service and thanks for the free, warm cookie! The room and furniture were a bit dated, and the bedding was not as smooth as I wanted it to be, but I could bear with it for two nights. I will consider staying here again next time I go to Toronto. :)

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Delta Downtown Toronto! We were treated like favoured guests, our every request was handled with professionalism and real concern for our happiness with the quality of our stay, and every staff member was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. The room was spotless and gorgeously appointed; even the bathroom was stunning with a fantastic view of the city. Our only sad point was that the pool closed the weekend we stayed there, for what I presume was emergency maintenance, which was disappointing. I would stay with Delta again for sure; fantastic hotel chain!

First of all, BAD service attitude. When I checked out, the front desk stuff was playing with phone and ignored me. The cleaning stuff accused us of not cleaning up the bed so that she couldn’t make the bed. I understand, but her attitude is bad. I was offended. In addition, the fire alarm sounded in about 12:30 am! Although it is unavoidable issue, it still affected our rest. Last but not least, I booked for 4 nights. The hotel provided us 2 bottles of water in the first day. Then it would charged us for the water in rest of the days. I was thinking that if I “one day one check”, I would get 8 bottles of water for free. !!!!!
