The staff at the Ritz-Carlton Toronto made this vacation so memorable for our family. From the time we checked in, Devan worked to provide us with an amazing room & make us feel welcome. We appreciate his efforts. Our son turned 8 the day before we arrived. They left a balloon and special dessert for him in the room. We cannot say enough nice things about the Club Lounge staff. Olga, Emma and Oana welcomed us each day and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. Rose & Pricilla were incredibly kind to get to know our family and ask about any needs we may have had. Rose even had popcorn and snacks sent to our room for a movie night for our family. Additionally, she contacted a special bar (BarChef) nearby to make a reservation. You can tell that it is important that her guests enjoy their experiences. I had the chance to meet the club floor manager, Max Reidel, and he too was extremely gracious with everything. I encourage other travelers to book the Club Lounge for your stay. I spent a day at the spa and was impressed with my massage, the staff and atmosphere. Our family also had the afternoon tea one day - it was delicious! We can't wait to come back. We will book the Club Lounge for sure!

What a lovely boutique hotel! The Stella room was spacious but cozy. Little amenities like Nespresso in the morning to the night light by the toilet gave us a little home away from home for our getaway. Super comfortable bed! Jonathan was kind and professional … he went out of his way to be sure our first experience at this hotel was superb. He was the perfect support for us during our stay. For coffee lovers and breakfast enthusiasts there is a coffee shop attached right to the hotel also with friendly staff and excellent coffee ! We look forward to our next trip to Toronto and returning to Bisha. We will certainly stay again! Thanks to the staff for a wonderful experience!

歴史ある雰囲気のいいホテルといった感じで、全体的にスタッフの感じが良く、滞在中よくこまめに声をかけて下さいました。お部屋も素敵で文句なく快適なホテルでした。 朝はロビーにコーヒーが用意されていたり、ホテル内のレストランでアラカルトの朝食(有料)も利用可能、近くに素敵なカフェもあり便利な場所です。 アメニティは近隣のホテルのレビューなどを見ても歯ブラシやスリッパはないかもと思い持参しましたがやはりありませんでした。また今回の部屋は洋服を納められる棚はあるものの吊るすスペースやハンガーがめずらしくありませんでした。2泊の滞在でカジュアルな服しか持参していない私達は問題ありませんでしたがスーツなど必要な方はホテルに確認した方がいいかもしれません。 初めてのカナダなのに、今回ホテルを探す時間が十分なく前日に同価格帯の安定の大手ホテルとだけ比べ迷いましたが、写真や僅かな日本人の口コミに何となく惹かれて予約しました。結果ここにしてよかったですし、また次回もぜひ利用したいです。

WOW!!!! This hotel is the total package of; Awesome, extremely, kind, and considerate employees and that is everyone! From the super happy and helpful Beth (Bethlehem) at the front counter, the cheerful and funny room service gentleman, the sunny and bubbly wait staff in their dining facilities, and of course the all-important behind the scene cleaning staff which kept this hotel the cleanest I have ever seen! The lobby was welcoming, clean (you will read this word a few times in my review), and well-appointed. Check-in was a breeze and Beth got us to our room quickly after traveling for over 12 hours on the train. We were too tired to go out to eat so we called room service. The food was excellent, timely, and plenty of it. The room was spotless, everything was so clean you could feel it when you first entered the modern and beautifully decorated room. The layout was so unique, with plenty of storage, extensive use of glass throughout the room, and, customizable lighting. A huge glass shower with a large overhead rainfall showerhead. The breakfast buffet was great, hot, and filling, and the restaurant was very, very clean and had a great cup of coffee as well! The only issue some people may have is the price. For the area, it was located in and the local attractions just minutes away by walking, well worth the price as you get top value for your money. A 2-minute walk to Union Station Via rail, GO train, and the Pearson train was a bonus. Our go-to hotel for Toronto! Thank you, Beth and the rest of the staff for the best, restful stay. FYI, I am no stranger to hotels whether here or abroad having traveled extensively as a military crewmember as well for our pleasure trips. Stayed in 0 stars to ”Dubai” star hotels from cheap to expensive and everything in between.

Our only sadness about the place was that the pool and other facilities were closed, but we didn't go for the pool. They were able to let us use the nearby Delta, which was nice but we didn't want to go outside of the complex for that. Common thing that happens in December/January so we weren't too shocked. We were on the club floor for the hors d'oeuvres, for what you get compared to other high end chains that offer this, we noticed there was much more choice of food items. The lounge seemed to be a little dirty and shabby, the chairs have not been steam cleaned for quite some time, you could see the dirt in the morning sunlight where people have wiped their hands on the furniture over the years. We noticed the little things, and on one of the hot table stations they missed a small speck of the curry sauce from the night before on the edge of the serving dish. It didn't affect the food quality, nor did it warrant a complaint, but attention to detail could be a little better on the part of the kitchen staff. The customer service was amazing at this hotel, everyone was so friendly and attentive. Despite all this, we will be back.

The room (2 queen beds) was very comfortable. The location was fantastic. The service was friendly. The price was among the best I could find downtown. The only issue was that I never received an email confirming my booking. When I called about this, the lady confirmed my booking verbally and said she would try to send the confirmation by email. Another guest I spoke to had the same situation. Oddly, I received an email after my stay asking for feedback about the stay. A couple small things to note. The elevator is very slow, just be patient. And there was no fridge in our room, which was unfortunate as we had leftovers from dinner to keep refrigerated. All in all, I would definitely stay there again when visiting downtown Toronto.

We were happy of the place and the location. We were supposed to give 5 star. But an incident happened when we left. I requested for a cab to bring us to Billy Bishop airport and a lady assisted us well. We were informed that the cab is already outside, we placed all our stuffs in the cab and we sat inside ready to leave. But another guy also requested for a cab right after us. A very accommodating and friendly staff (Indian) helped us bring our luggages outside. (He was really kind, assisted us regardless of our nationality.) But when we were about to leave the guy (White, could be America ) who also asked for a cab webt outside assuming that our cab was his. The front desk (Chinese) asked the other staff (Indian) to ask us out of the cab, the Indian guy explained that we asked for a cab first but the Chinese guy didn't bother to listen. All he wants was for us to get out of the cab, didn't even apologize.
