Very nice room

A place for overnight stay is ok, however some of other guests start chatting, smoking, drinking outside my room from 1:30 am till 3 am and the phone in the room was not working. Complaints to the manager, friendly guy but not useful, leave me a phone number to call if happened again, which didn’t happened the second night.

Great hotel and great service , will come back forsure ad great prices as well

The timer for the tub was the only issue the button was missing so I wasn’t able to use the jets from the jacuzzi

The headboard of the bed was extremely greasy and disgusting. There was splashes of a red liquid on the walls as well. The bed seemed old, when you laid down you immediately sink in and just wasn’t comfortable at all. The clerks seem like they don’t want to help you out at all and respond very rudely. Made me feel like their business was too good for me.

Needed to get a taped plastic piece to close tub for a bath. Unable to remove after bath. Certain operators remove drain plug and have water only coming from a shower head. I usually bring my on plug knowing this pattern. Needed extra blankets for warmth. Asked for a quiet room and was offered downstairs with parking within feet of room. Chose upstairs and the couple nextdoor checked in very late and were loud. Price was right and convenient for my schedule.

Excellent location, close to shopping malls, not far from the beach, nice stuff but the parking lot is small and room air is little bit stuffy

It had a weird smell when I first walked in and I saw 2 roaches in the bathroom

I found a dead cooked a thousand times forgotten rat in my microwave after eating my pancakes I thru up for hours and got no refund f this place the owners are slum lords it should be condemned

I can’t even begin to say how uninvitng this room was. The furniture was very old and chipped, the bathroom with bugs was disgusting, holes in the walls, towels the size of which seemed for children with stains, and the mattress was like sleeping on a bouncy bounce. Never again!

Del Amo Inn is nothing special, but did the job, and we had a good stay. Only minor complaints: * The outlets were annoyingly far away from the bed * There were no napkins/paper towels * The blankets were a little thin/not quite big enough

Uncomfortable Bed. Bugs. Filth. Broken Remote. Staff not honest or helpful.

Had a nice stay but if you are picky about cleanliness, it may be a last resort for you. Jetted tub jets didn’t work. The ceiling line above the tub was dirty. There were cigarette burns on the sheet covers. The corner by the window, the crown lining was not properly aligned with the ceiling leaving a gap that was collecting dust, dirt, and rust. I’ve stayed in worse but the thing I was most upset about was the tub jets. I paid extra to have the tub in the room and the jets didn’t work, it was quite upsetting.

QUIET BUT ACTIVITES NEARBY. STAFF NICE AND ROOM CLEAN. ICE MACHINE WORKED!
