Canne Bianche Lifestyle Hotel

Having done the rounds of luxury and boutique hotels, I can safely say that true luxury is more about what cannot be bought. The beautiful hotel, decor, and surroundings are a given and Canne Bianche delivers in spades. Excellent food, drinks and ambience, all big ticks. However, this is not sufficient to create lasting memories. What creates lasting memories, is the commitment, passion, care and genuine welcome the staff extend. This can be trained into people and acted out, but it is only where people actually care, because they are invested, does it feel real. Canne Bianche staff deliver this in spade. Their smiles and genuine care shine through. Any glitch is swiftly dealt with, with transparent efficiency. They prompt all your needs and do so with true care. The little touches also make this place special, to name a few: the home made cookies at turndown, and the goodie bag at departure. These mark the place out beyond the five star competitors in my view. I cannot recommend it sufficiently. Well down.

Like many of the other reviews we too would like to give this hotel 7 stars if we could. From the minute you drive through the gates you realise that this is a very special hotel. We were greeted personally and shown to our lovely room and then around the hotel. We were given a welcome drink with the most amazing snacks which incidentally you get with every drink you have in the hotel. Breakfast is superb, everything is fresh and delicious and the ricotta cheesecake is to die for. There is an egg station where the chef will make you any egg you like and the variety of foods is vast. The staff throughout the whole hotel are simply amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. I would like to mention Matteo behind the front desk, Manuila in the restaurant, Daniele by the pool and Andrea the bellman. They were all so helpful and friendly and really look after you as do all the other members of staff. The hotel itself is beautiful and the little finishing touches everywhere are what makes this hotel so very special. The pool area is very pretty and the sun beds and cabanas are so comfortable and the pool itself was large and well maintained. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back very soon.

A really beautiful special hotel. Staff were just lovely and welcoming. Spacious room with a great sized bathroom. Our terrace had a hot tub which was lovely to relax in. Loved that the room was serviced morning and evening and little cookie treats left with water. Fabulous buffet breakfast with eggs made to order. My one problem with that is I didn’t like the fact that after cooking bacon and ham in the pan she didn’t clean/wipe it. When she realised I wanted her to do that she did. There really should be a separate pan/spoon for vegetarians. Lovely pool, a tad chilly but refreshing to swim in. Lovely touch from pool attendant who gives you cold water in fridge boxes. Very comfy sun beds. Would definitely recommend this hotel

If a resort could ever be considered perfect it would be Canne Blanche. This is an elegant but unpretentious place. All of the staff are professional and polite but also very warm, helpful and welcoming. Attention is paid to every imaginable detail but executed subtly. The facility is pristine and in a beautiful setting. The food is amazing and the menu quite extensive. There is a good range of price points for dinner. Their pizza is spectacular. The only problem with breakfast is there are too many wonderful choices and too little time to try them all. Everything is freshly prepared and delicious. Towels are changed in the evening as well as the morning and when you finally turn in for the night you will find cookies in your room. I can't find any other words to describe the experience other than to say it was relaxing and idyllic and I would go back in a heart beat.

We found this hotel absolutely wonderful for many reasons: first and foremost, the staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful and there seemed to be enough staff to cover all the guests’ needs. The room was delightful, very clean, comfortable bed and special touches in the evening ( freshly made Italian pastries). There were 2 room cleaning services a day - very helpful when all the bathroom towels have been used on showers after a day at the pool. The pool area is large and there are always enough chairs for all the guests. The poolside drink service was excellent. The breakfast was buffet style with a large selection of fruit, cheese, pastries etc. A chef was available to provide hot food if requested. The evening meal in the large dining room was very enjoyable with the sommelier providing information about local wines etc. The menu was varied and had several different meal suggestions, fish, meat and pasta. The decor of the hotel is amazing! Everywhere you look there is something interesting to look at and somewhere comfortable to sit. Loved the holiday relaxed feeling the hotel gave us! Lastly, a perk for us was a lesson given by the chef to a group of us. We were taught how to make focaccia- it was fun and we all were invited to partake of some wine afterwards while eating the fruits of our labour. A wonderful hotel and we hope to go back again.

Great place to stay. The staff are all so welcoming and work hard to make sure you have a wonderful time. Patrizia Romagna worked with us to plan an exceptional itinerary, making sure we got to see all the important and interesting sites. The restaurants are excellent, and a great value in our opinion. The rooms were all lovely and beautifully appointed. There’s a sweet little shop run by Anna and she is really helpful with picking out things for guests. We all loved it.

The 6 night stay my wife and I had was one we will not soon forget. The staff are genuinely friendly, so very helpful and the attention to detail paid by everyone everywhere is amazing. The grounds are beautiful, especially the pool. Cabanas and lounge chairs galore; despite a full occupancy, it never felt crowded. All the pictures and videos I have seen do not do the hotel justice. A small billing issue at check out was addressed quickly and graciously. Kudos to management and the entire team. We could go on and on. This place is absolutely worth every cent.

This hotel, and more specifically the staff, is impeccable. From the time we were met at the door and checked in by Patrice and having one of the most relaxing "check-ins" we've ever experienced to the final wave as we, sadly, left we had an incredible experience. As other reviews have stated the staff truly make this place. Of note were Patrice, Guiseppe, Gildare, Adrienne and Georgia (apologies for spellings!) who were so kind with their knowledge and interest in what we wanted to do; where we wanted to go; what we wanted to eat and the wine's we wanted to accompany were all provided with such attention we were made to felt very cared for and looked after. The hotel itself is beautifully set out and decorated. We had breakfast every morning and there was a great selection of continental options; smaller cooked breakfast options and freshly made eggs to your request. Service at this time was also excellent. There was always someone at the pool to assist, if required, with plenty of beds and towels available. The water was COLD! But with the season only just starting and temperatures not quite hitting mid-20's I'd like to hope that will change for later in summer. Evenings were spent in the lounges and the restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and the attention of the staff as and when we needed it. There are so many "little" touches that add up to the experience, I don't want to spoil them but, honestly, they only add to the beauty of this place. We did walk into Torre Canne which took us approx 25mins where there was a nice promenade, plenty of seafood restaurants a couple of cafe bars, shops and access to the beach. But, quite honestly, the atmosphere of the hotel drew us back and we were more than happy to eat, drink and relax at Canne Bianche for our full 5 days.

Not much more to add to all the kudos already posted, other than to echo that the staff is really what makes this place so special. Oh, and by far the best value we've experienced in a very long time. They are very transparent about the beach not being set up with chairs, etc, but we did walk most mornings and it was delightful on the Adriatic. The pool area is large, so when we were out there, we did not feel it was crowded as some can.
