This is a very nice hotel. The first impressions were brilliant. The receptionist was very friendly and all the staff there couldn't do enough for us. The food was very nice. There was a great selection on offer. The room was very spacious and each day it was cleaned thoroughly. The pool area was spotless and facilities were top class. We had no complaints about anything in this hotel. We will be back. Well done to all.

Super friendly welcome from Javier, who explained how everything worked with our All inclusive package at the hotel. Our emailed room request was taken On board and we had the most fabulous view from our balcony. There were many Food choices, from daily staples such as pasta, rice, chips and burgers as well as different daily menus which included lots of different types of fish and meats, breakfast also catered for everyone, no freshly cooked omlette or a la crate dining but as good as Any other 4 star hotel we have stayed in. Excellent location including proximity to shopping and the beach, Photos really don’t do the hotel enough justice.

Allora ti chiedono la carta di credito quando arrivi da dove ti vengono addebitati i soldi del deposito che dovete fare molta attenzione che se non li chiedete indietro loro non vi danno i soldi dal deposito. Poi quando ho fatto la prenotazione sull’App scriveva che la colazione costa 10 € mentre in albergo ti chiedono 15 euro !  Per quello che riguarda i letti, non hanno letti matrimoniale ma solo due letti uniti. I pavimenti delle stanze sono un po’ rovinati e ovviamente tutto l’albergo ho bisogno di tanta manutenzione. La posizione è molto bello anche perché io ho la camera vista mare che in teoria a 25 m², ha 25 m² perché il corridoio dalla porta la stanza è lungo

La Chambre est très bien avec l'installation et accessoires pour cuisiner et réfrigérateur. On à adoré les sorties achetés à l'hôtel pour visiter avec accompagnateur son vraiment bien organisé ! 5 day short stay in March , as others have said I bit underwhelmed at the entrance but once inside very clean and all staff friendly and welcoming. Go out the gate by the pool area and you’re straight on the promenade, and a supermarket on the doorstep too. The rooftop pool/bar area as great views too. The food was great too and plenty choice in the area if you want to eat out. We’d not been to this area before and really liked the chilled old town vibe… maybe different in high season. We couldn’t fault anything for what we paid , only 4 not 5 because noise carried but still found it relaxing at this time of year plus the weather was great. Just ask for a kettle instead of packing one , delivered to your room. If you hire a car parking is a problem in the locality, the hotel one is a few street away and payable.

This was a really good experience! Lovely and welcoming staff. Has a beautiful outside pool with a bar next to it, a nude sky top pool with beautiful views and an absolutely BEAUTIFUL spa area! 24/7 Gym. The location is perfect, many many bar and restaurants right outside hotel. The rooms were clean and had a balcony which either overlooked the city (which is what we had) or a balcony that overlooked the beach, both are beautiful! I would 100% recommend!

I have just returned home from a short stay at this beautiful hotel and i cannot fault it. We arrived at midnight and the two gentleman on reception were so pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast is very nice and a great selection of fresh foods at dinner also. We asked for extra towels and pillows very late one of the nights and these were delivered to our room within ten minutes. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless. The pool area, toilets, and all other parts of the hotel were so clean. The reception staff, bar staff, and maids were so friendly and they could not do enough for you. Great location with the beach front and town centre a short walk away. We got a very good deal to stay here and given the five star treatment we received, we will most definately be returning in the future.

Just back from a nice 4 day day at Costa Park. Travelled with my husband and 3 year old. This was our 2nd visit as we loved it so much last year as did our toddler. We had really bad weather all week but the entertainment team worked really hard to keep everyone entertainment during the day and night. The staff are really brilliant and so welcoming in all areas - never once did we experience any rude staff at this hotel. The hotel is well kept and the rooms are nice and spacious (we were in room 2118 overlooking the main stage area). There were 2 big areas we were massively let down on this time compared to last year- 1. The evening entertainment - this was very basic and watered down in comparison to last year. Last year they had excellent entertainment every night after the mini disco - amazing acrobat shows, big elaborate family productions (Disney themed etc) but this year it was just bingo and a disco each night. I suspect that this could have been due to the fact we travelled in mid March (pre busy season) and/or they had limited space indoors due to the weather. But having experienced the excellent entertainment last time we were left disappointed this time as we went expecting a similar entertainment experience, especially with paying premium prices for Easter week. The staff that were there did the best with the tools that they had though, no disrespect to them whatsoever and they were great with the kids. 2. The food - the food in the main buffet has massively gone down hill. In 4 days we found it very repetitive with options limited for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The salad bar and breads were great but the hot food usually consisted of really poor quality meats and fish (fatty, chewy, boney etc) and greasy vegetables with chips. I found it odd that apart from fresh fries there were never any other carb accompanents for the main dishes - no potatoes, mash, rice etc, always just chips. They did paella a few times but this was often unedible with really chewy seafood and broken/smashed clamshells in it everywhere. I resorted to bread and soup most meals. We were all inclusive but I also found it really annoying that at lunch and dinner you had to ask one of the waiters to turn the beer and fizzy drinks machine on everytime you wanted a refill. It was quite hard to get their attention during busy periods so we often just gave up and drank water as we couldn't be bothered waiting every time. When I asked why it just wasn't left on one if the waiters told me it's because most people aren't all inclusive and if they leave that area unsupervised the non inclusive guests just help themselves. I understand that but the paying all inclusive guests shouldn't be penalised for this. We didn't get half the drinks we wanted because they just weren't accessible to us, not without a lengthy wait anyway. This didn't happen last year. We would potentially go back as the facilities, pool area etc and staff are just fantastic but I definitely wouldn

Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und ließ uns 3 Stunden früher Einchecken, ohne Aufpreis! Das Frühstück war klasse und ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral in der Stadt, ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Strand. Zudem war es sehr sauber, der einzige Kritikpunkt war die defekte Klimaanlage und dass die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers fehlte, aber hey, wer ist schon am Fernseher gucken im Urlaub interessiert, zudem haben wir es nicht an der Rezeption bemängelt, sonst wäre es sicherlich umgehend behoben worden. Jederzeit wieder und definitiv zu empfehlen!!!

Stayed for 2 nights,felt very relaxed at the hotel especially with a bright and cheerful reception from the lady on the desk as we checked in.Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold foods.I ate the typical English breakfast,cereal,toast,eggs,bacon etc.My wife chose smoked salmon with a variety of cheeses and quality fruit,all food was replenished when needed.We ate in a part of the restaurant which I believe some guests were not aware of,a glass fronted dining room overlooking the promenade and the sea with beautiful views of the sunrise,absolutely brilliant! Our room was spacious,clean,great bathroom and balcony,huge TV with a massive selection of UK channels and a very efficient fridge.The hotel is a good example of a 4 star.We could have used the free spa but chose to spend our stay enjoying the late autumn sun.Some guests have mentioned old and dated decor,we found the room more than adequate,the theme is after all ”Tropical”The bar area was permanently closed but we could have used the one next door in the sister hotel the 4 star MS Amaragua.The swimming pool was open but we chose to use the larger pool in the MS Amaragua. The negative was the evening meal served in the MS Amaragua.Incredibly opulent entrance and reception area gave us high expectations,escalator into the restaurant showing a bright and roomy area.The starter,huge mixed salad was great,it was 4 star.The main course was where it fell apart,many options were missing from the servery with little effort to replenish.Worse was all the hot food was at best luke warm.A low 3 star for this course.Dessert was abysmal,all the items ended up in a small heap on 1 small chilled section,ice cream and a tiny selection of chilled cake,no creams,all the fresh fruit had gone ,we were not late diners!Stay here again,YES,but forget the evening meal!

I have just returned from 5 days at this hotel all inclusive, me, my daughter and her friend. The hotel is very nice, our room (Junior Suite) was lovely, particularly the balcony. Food good, variety of drinks excellent, service friendly, location just by the beach great BUT.. Oh my goodness the sunbed wars... 2 pools, the front pool beachside opens at 9am and the other more child orientated opens at 10am. I think this is good as it stops people getting up at 6am putting towels down and then vanishing for several hours. Guests therefore queue from about 8.30am for the main pool and 9.30am for the other - all fine, no issues here I am happy to queue and make the effort if I want to be by the pool. (FYI there are plenty of beds if you are happy to sit in a grassed area nearby, but if you are like me.. I like to be right by a pool) I therefore made the effort to get up and queue every day (and was successful in getting 3 sunbeds) BUT... everyone behaves like animals once the gates open, people behind me in the queue pushing past running, on 2 occasions someone bashed me as they ran past. I even heard of towels being thrown over peoples heads onto beds. Its shocking behaviour and although this is not the fault of the hotel that people behave so appallingly there is an easy solution... Have a member of staff on each entrance and let people in one by one, perhaps only being able to reserve a max number of beds per person? Once the first have settled, then let the next in a so forth. It would take all of 15 minutes to let everyone in with a member of staff on each entrance. The ultimate solution would be more pool areas, perhaps an adult only one could be built in the grass area or there is a large area of grass next to the convention centre which would service the people staying in Playa 1,2 and 3 (where we were) really well. Or this could be adult only. I hope this helps. Enjoy your stay everyone but be prepared to train for a 100m sprint to get a good bed :-)

Probably the worst hotel experience of my life. Location is fine, a short walk from the train station. For the most part it was quiet until the final night when the person in the room beside me who had a dog seemingly had a hookup with someone else who had a dog. The dogs didn't get on so there was barking for an impressively long time, and one was quarantined to the balcony. Back to my experience, my room on the third floor stank for the entire week of my visit. Like a mixture of mould, damp and fish. One day I came back and the smell had vanished, the room smelled clean. Sadly I discovered that whoever had cleaned my room had sprayed some cleaning solution over a brand new t-shirt I had bought for this trip. The material has dyed spray marks all over the back and is not wearable. Almost as if it has been sprayed with bleach but when speaking with the hotel I was aggressively told they do not use bleach. Every day the cleaning standards were extremely varied, but would always have that fish odor mentioned above. One night I came back to my room about 1/2am and the fuse box in my room was emitting an extremely loud continuous beep. Fortunately when I went to reception there was a maintenance man who was able to disconnect the alarm within minutes, and two guys came back the next day to fix it properly. I could go on about the issues but can't be ****d. I'll be coming back to Torremelinos but won't be staying here.

This hotel has been the cleanest hotel I've stayed in when in Spain or Portugal. This isn't surprising given that their staff are very visible so you can see them do a great job. They were all very welcoming and friendly when you passed them in the hallways. Breakfast was good; a selection of hams/meats, cheeses, cereals, pastries, fresh fruit and yogurts. It can get a little busy some days, so best to get there early. The location is great for La Carihuela. This is a lively stretch of beach with plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops. Its less than 10 minute walk away from Torrenolinos for the airport train, or a half an hour walk from Benalmadena along the beach.

Firstly, let me start by saying about the few bad things there aren’t many just a few number one they only serve very dry wine in the dining room. It would be nice to be offered a sparkling sweet wine. Also it’s quite confusing on the menu about all inclusive, being normal all inclusive and gold all inclusive, although the bands are actually golden colour, there is no air-conditioning at this time of year and the rooms are incredibly hot. It would be nice to still offer air-conditioning. The outdoor pools are extremely cold as is the indoor pool. It would be nice if they could be heated a little bit the reception staff can be a little bit off sometimes Now for the good things, the food is absolutely excellent and Marilyn who does the breakfast is absolutely amazing. She works so hard. The bar staff are really lovely and the measures in the drinks while I would call them doubles the entertainment is really good the only entertainment I didn’t find great was the last night with a lady singer she was absolutely dreadful , the hotel is extremely clean and I have to say it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The old town in Torremolinos is fantastic. It is not for somebody who wants to go and have a party or drink a lot. It really is for the older people at this time of year, but we met some lovely people, One, whom we are going to keep in touch for a very long time , we would definitely return to this hotel, but it would be nice as I said if they could offer a sparkling sweet wine in the dining room. Also they don’t offer tea and coffee facilities in the dining room except for in the evening and there is no kettle in the room, unless you pay for it Which is a shame because in the mornings when we wake up we would’ve had a cup of tea or coffee. We hope to return to this hotel again sometime and thank you for all you have done and work so hard

La ubicación es excelente porque es pleno centro, pero la zona es muy mala para aparcar si vas en coche, ya que el centro básicamente es peatonal, el apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, (incluso había lavadora) , limpio incluso usan una makina de CO2, en general la experiencia fue buena, como negativo podría decir el horario de piscina de 12 a 19, luego no disponen de una recepción 24 h el problema de esto que si llegas antes del horario no te atienden porque no hay nadie hasta las 11 y por telefono la persona que me atendió fue un poco seca (no es que no haya recepción me incomode pero es un dato a añadir) luego el tema ruidos pues si que se nota, da la sensación que las paredes sean muy finas o no se, se oye bastante a los demas huespedes y eso que aun es temporada baja y supongo que no estaba lleno del todo, me tocó un apartamento del interior con lo cual el ruido de la calle no lo sufrí tanto y fue mejor opcion, ya que soy de sueño ligero, la cama era cómoda...es un apartahotel recomendable, el encargado fue atento el breve tiempo que interactue con el

Our emailed room request was taken On board and we had the most fabulous view from our balcony. There were many Food choices, from daily staples such as pasta, rice, chips and burgers as well as different daily menus which included lots of different types of fish and meats, breakfast also catered for everyone, no freshly cooked omlette or a la crate dining but as good as Any other 4 star hotel we have stayed in. They appear to have about 5 friendly guys who work on the 24 hour reception. My room number 306 was of a good size, a functional bathroom, large balcony, TV, free wifi and the twin beds were comfortable. daily room service and if one requires a small refrigerator it costs around 3- 4 euros a day payable at the reception. I highly recommend this hotel and I understand they will be staying open during this Covid virus.

Reception was the best experience friendly and chatty. They took us to the room explaining air conditioning and facilities. (Nice touch). We were early so they let us leave our luggage in a secure room offering us facilities to shower and change if we wanted. They messaged us on watsapp when room was ready. The bed was the biggest and comfiest I’ve ever slept on! The room was modern/ very clean fresh towels every day if required and the shower versatile with two different heads. The hair dryer was strong. The safe comes free with room as does a mini fridge with free water on day one. The hosts always acknowledged us when we saw them out and about and were very informative of Torremolinas and other areas. The balcony is very small enough to smoke out there if needed. But there’s a great roof top sun terrace with beds/chairs where you can chill with a drink or food as they ask you not to eat in room. Great holiday would highly recommend hotel great value for money.

Great lil hostel! We booked last minute as our plans suddenly changed, it was very cheap and accommodating. Our room was cleaned with fresh towels every two days. We stayed for about 2 weeks overall and were very thankful of the air conditioning in the room! We briefly met the manager who always seemed pleasant and the cleaning staff were all very polite too. I really enjoyed reading my book on the rooftop seating area they have. Not the Ritz but great if you’re travelling on a budget. (A little fridge to store food somewhere would be a great addition though🙂)

5 day short stay in March , as others have said I bit underwhelmed at the entrance but once inside very clean and all staff friendly and welcoming. Go out the gate by the pool area and you’re straight on the promenade, and a supermarket on the doorstep too. The rooftop pool/bar area as great views too. The food was great too and plenty choice in the area if you want to eat out. We’d not been to this area before and really liked the chilled old town vibe… maybe different in high season. We couldn’t fault anything for what we paid , only 4 not 5 because noise carried but still found it relaxing at this time of year plus the weather was great. Just ask for a kettle instead of packing one , delivered to your room. If you hire a car parking is a problem in the locality, the hotel one is a few street away and payable.

El personal de recepción, un hombre de 36 años, era extremadamente grosero. Nos asignaron la habitación N. 3 en un sobre con el nombre equivocado, cuando inicialmente nos habían asignado la N. 5 y luego la N. 1. Nos proporcionaron los códigos de entrada muy tarde y solo después de que llamamos por teléfono. Incluso nos sugirieron usar el baño de la recepción debido a los problemas en nuestro baño, que estaba roto y lleno de excrementos debido a una cisterna defectuosa. Al momento del check-out, el mismo empleado de recepción, el hombre de 36 años, nos dijo que no quería lidiar con nada, ya que estaba cansado porque no había dormido y fue directo al trabajo después de una noche de fiesta y no quería preocup**** por nosotros. Prometió procesar un reembolso, pero nunca lo hicieron. Además, después de comunicarnos con Booking, descubrimos que no tenían constancia de ningún reembolso comunicado por parte del alojamiento. Stayed overnight prior to a 7a departure from Malaga airport. Staff was friendly and accommodating. As is often the case, spoke excellent English. I had called ahead to see if I could get an airport shuttle to the hotel but we had come by train from Cordoba and they only offer the shuttle if you have an airline ticket. Turned out we had no problem getting there via a local train and short walk on a walk ing path and local road (＜15 min) walk. Our room was on the 1st floor. No elevator but they can send you up stairs or via a ramp to get to all room levels. The room comfortable clean efficient with a surprise, a mini fridge! TV in room. We had a sewer gas smell in the room. I probably could have asked for another room but in all honesty,, too tired to deal with it. We filled the traps, opened the window (the smell was inside the room, not outside) Bed/pillows was a memory foam, not to my liking but some folks will like it- good news, it wasnt lumpy or with old springs. There is an on site bar/cafe/ Italian restaurant that is surprisingly good and inexpensive. Sports in the TV in the bar. On site secure parking for an extra fee. Airport shuttle has some limitations, but there are work arounds. Firsts shuttle leaves at 5a so in the end took it back to the airport for the early flight.

Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und ließ uns 3 Stunden früher Einchecken, ohne Aufpreis! Das Frühstück war klasse und ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral in der Stadt, ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Strand. Zudem war es sehr sauber, der einzige Kritikpunkt war die defekte Klimaanlage und dass die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers fehlte, aber hey, wer ist schon am Fernseher gucken im Urlaub interessiert, zudem haben wir es nicht an der Rezeption bemängelt, sonst wäre es sicherlich umgehend behoben worden. Jederzeit wieder und definitiv zu empfehlen!!!
