Kind service, great sea view, nice facility, big restaurants. I want to visit again.

Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. Beautiful hotel, pool and rooms all around. Staff were always very friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Overall very good experience and I had a very nice stay. Highlight of the trip. Would recommend.

服務：辦理入住當天上班的酒店前台一個男的服務很差，首先，我們開車過來，一個人去前台問停車問題，前台説沒有提前預訂車位就是現在沒有空位，停車場全滿，然後也沒有工作人員出來幫忙拿行李到大堂，諮詢哪裡可以停車，前台説周圍路邊自己找空位，然後我們開車來了很久才找到一處可以停車，然後兩個人拖着4個拉桿箱大上坡步行去酒店花了15分鐘，山路十八彎，到了酒店前台給安排的房間特別遠，從酒店前台到房間需要穿越一條20多個房間的超長走廊，然後轉彎抵達電梯，乘坐電梯下樓繼續穿越兩個10多個房間的走廊，反正就是左轉右轉，拖着四個箱子終於抵達房間，打開房門發現沒有電，給前台打電話打了8個沒人接，一個人又走很遠去前台，前台派了電工來維修，電工表示有點困難，我們又拉着箱子走了很遠去了前台，前台説滿房無法安排更換，聯繫攜程，前台和攜程客服説的就是剛剛和我們説的，無法安排其他的，你就等工人修好後再入住，本來3點可以入住，從4點多等到了快晚上7點真的超級無語，酒店前台説你們可以選擇不住，也這麼和攜程平台説的，攜程客服還是很負責的，但是攜程無法左右這家酒店，酒店沒有牙刷牙膏棉簽，化粧棉，只有香皂和一瓶三合一沐浴用品，紙抽盒裡只有5張紙巾，僅提供2瓶礦泉水，被非常薄，而且沒有被罩，是由兩個被單上下夾在一起的，酒店房間隔音很差，門外走廊腳步聲很清晰，彷彿你開着門，房間左右樓上隔壁走路腳步聲特別大，非常影響睡眠，提前5個多月預訂的豪華海景房，給安排的房間在陽台有兩棵大樹，看海景需要透過大樹才可以，5晚房價為人民幣9108.38元，然後酒店實際現場就是這樣的，特別差，真的不要看小紅書款推薦了，簡直踩大雷，真的超級雷，而且對待中國人極其不友好，對待中國人就是拉個大臉你愛住不住，沒有服務，對待西人就是滿臉笑容，服務態度很好。既然對待中國不友好不友善，就真的沒必要花錢買氣受。避雷223房間，因為陽台對面有兩棵大樹，景色不太好。沒有圖3圖4的洗漱用品，酒店完全不提供的，而且我們住了5晚第2天晚上回酒店發現沒有紙巾了，給前台打電話，前台説會安排人送過來，直到我們第5天離開酒店，紙巾也沒送來，從第二天晚上就開始不提供紙巾了，我們自己去超市花了3.59歐自己買了紙抽，很無語，和酒店負責服務的女士反應過了，也填寫了服務問卷，但是紙巾從31日到1月3日酒店再也沒提供過了！

賓館景色優美，可以看日出也可以看日落，早餐豐盛，酒店房間很多，建議還是要訂海景房！

房間比較大，是一個大型度假酒店，早餐非常豐富，有地下車庫可以停車，服務速度較慢，辦個入住差不多1小時以上。房間不供應水。有一個方位看日出不錯👍。

房間味道特別大要開窗才能睡覺，住了幾天衹給一天的水其他的衹能付費在餐廳買，冬天周邊開門的商店不多，停車17歐一天，自助晚餐25一位不含酒水，羊肉沒法吃特別硬，晚上蔬菜沙拉沒有早晨的新鮮，泳池不是加熱的冬天無法游泳

冬天旅遊淡季周邊超市和餐廳開業的不多，但是酒店的風景非常漂亮，服務也特別好。不遠的地方有海灘，附近也有公交站可以到達市區。推薦入住！

房間非常乾淨，各項服務設施齊全，最重要的是，酒店的景色真的美極了，可以坐在泳池邊或者酒店大堂內看日出

也許是酒店太大了，給我們的房間很遠。我需要從前台走很久才可以到達房間。但是酒店的設施很好，風景也很好，夜晚很適合年輕人在這裏玩。
