Hotel berhampiran Parrocchia San Polo, Torrile

C’è da lavorare per meritare veramente la quarta stella. Bella struttura, spazi ampi per il living, la colazione e bel bar; ampio parcheggio gratuito a disposizione con 2 sole colonnine di ricarica a disposizione alla modica cifra di €0,80/kw, gestite da service esterno all’hotel e non facilmente fruibile. Spa aperta a pagamento (€15,00) dalle 17:00 alle 20:00 ma chiedendo alle 19:15 di accedervi, alla reception ci dicono che non è disponibile e bisogna chiedere prima. Camera spaziosa e non pulitissima, polvere sulle mensole, posizionate sopra il frigorifero. Bagno ok con dotazione ridotta al minimo, una saponetta e due dispenser per shampoo e bagnoschiuma nella doccia; nessun altro gadget per l’igiene, per pulire le scarpe, crema mani. Un po’ poco per una tariffa giornaliera di circa €300,00 per dormire e fare colazione in concomitanza con una fiera nel padiglione fieristico lì attiguo (5 minuti di auto). A 2 minuti dal casello autostradale e a 10 minuti dal centro di Parma. Palestra ok, sempre aperta. Bene, quindi, ma non benissimo… giuste 3 stelle e mezzo.

Ho soggiornato qui per lavoro L’ Hotel è comodo alle autostrade il parcheggio ampio e tranquillo ! L’hotel dispone di camere spaziose . Il personale gentile e colazione super puoi gustare anche il crudo di Parma ed il Parmigiano a chilometro zero !! IComplimenti a tutti !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Staff molto gentile e cordiale... pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema... Quando siamo arrivati in camera non siamo riusciti a fare funzionare la TV, scendendo in reception abbiamo parlato con la ragazza di turno e dopo un paio d'ore che siamo rientrati in camera, la TV era perfettamente funzionante!!! Ottima colazione, dolce e salata (comprensiva di ottima frutta fresca). La nostra camera era molto pulita, spaziosa e silenziosa. La struttura è dotata di un ampio parcheggio per le auto e si trova in una posizione molto comoda e tattica. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!! Grazie di tutto! Assolutamente consigliato!!!

Splendido Hotel progettato dall'architetto Pietro Zanlari. L'edificio è un'antica struttura agricola trasformata in hotel. Si nota il superbo intervento dell'architetto. Camere spaziose e funzionali. Si potrebbe migliorare non tanto la quantità ma la qualità dei prodotti del buffet della colazione, ma nel complesso lo consiglio. Simpatica la presenza di conigli e di una simpatica scrofetta nel giardino

Great location just off the A1. Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us. The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi. The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed. The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks. Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

Tutto perfetto, ottimo staff, ottima colazione, molto pulito, attaccato alla stazione ferroviaria. Però, un encomio particolare va al genio che ha preso le misure del lavabo nel bagno! :)

We had a comfortable time at this hotel. Located just down the road from the station about a 2-3minute walk away, it was very convenient to get to coming into Parma by train. The area surrounding the hotel however felt just a little bit questionable at times, but then again the historic town centre is but a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill you up to start the day, and service there was quite attentive. We didn’t get to try the other facilities, though, since we thought the pool would be closed considering it was winter. Overall, we had a nice stay at Novotel, and would definitely stay again.

The location couldn’t be better - literally at the train station, easy walk into the old town. Our room was clean and a decent size, with two twin beds, desk, and closet. The bathroom looked to be recently renovated and was a good size with a shower and separate tub. Unfortunately, metal shutters were locked down over the windows, so no view or fresh air. Getting to the room (on the 2nd floor) required two different elevators. During our stay, there was no wifi available and our safe didn’t work. No English channels on the TV. Breakfast is served in the basement but has very little to offer - nothing warm, no fruit, no eggs. This place has potential, but isn’t quite there.

I stay in many hotels as I run a cycle tour company. I have to say that this hotel and the attitude of the staff are probably among the worst I have experienced in many a year. Where do I start? We had booked an evening meal with a set menu and had asked that our gluten intolerant clients would have a suitable alternative. A Parma ham salad was proposed. When the alternative arrived it was a pack of Parma ham still wrapped in its plastic packaging (just as you buy it in the supermarket) dumped in front of each client on their plate. No salad, nothing else! The rest of the meal was also not as we had agreed and when we were complained we were told we would need to speak to the management. Next morning several of our clients reported that their air conditioning was not working. With temperatures tipping 35 degrees in the day clearly this did not make for a comfortable nights sleep. Again when we complained we were told the management responsible di not work at weekends and we would have to email our complaints to them. The breakfast room was huge and very full. There was one coffee machine with a huge queue and no staff to help with service. Again the quality of the food was average at best. We then emailed the hotel management with our complaints and asked for a rebate on the meal we had ordered as it had not complied with that which we had agreed. The reply was frankly insulting to our intelligence - saying that the reason for there was plastic wrapping on the ham was the fear of cross contamination. We stayed with these same gluten intolerant clients in many hotel on this trip and none of them were unable to provide a sensible and delicious alternative for them. They did not respond about the lack of air conditioning and said the breakfast room was busy because the hotel was busy!! Exactly! We had a number of email exchanges asking for some compensation which finally resulted in an offer of a 500€ voucher for use at this or one of the company's other hotels in the future. Given our very poor trea**ent and experience means we would be extremely reluctant to return to this or other hotels in the group we have declined this. This is a poor hotel with poor staff customer service values and poor management. Avoid like the plague!
