Odnowione pokoje superior to czysta przyjemność pobytu, aż nie chce się opuszczać hotelu. Uroku niewątpliwie dodają im utrzymane w lokalnym tonie grafiki/fototapety nad łóżkiem. Nastrojowe oświetlenie. Obsługa bardzo sprawna i profesjonalna, poczynając na recepcji, przez taktownych i uprzejmych kelnerów, kończąc na miłym housekeepingu. Subiektywnie, nastrojowe oświetlenie pokoju stanowi duży plus. Korzystna lokalizacja ”u bram” Torunia, z przyjemnymi widokami z wyższych pięter. Duży i wygodny parking w rozsądnej cenie. Spełniono także indywidualną prośbę związaną ze śniadaniem, serwis charakteryzuje wysoka jakość. Pewnym minusem jest prezent powitalny dla wyższego statusu Accor ALL. Doceniam lokalny produkt, ale jeśli wstawka jest na tyle skromna, to warto byłoby dołączyć chociaż list powitalny.

Hotel Copernicus is a popular place . It can be an all-in holiday resort , offering all the things a holidaymaker would want : swimming pool , spa , fairground type attractions , a ‘beach’ on the banks of the Vistula or it can provide everything required for a business conference . It also features the most amazing breakfast , with so much on offer it’s difficult to know where to start , even offering champagne to drink with it . The food was by far this establishment’s best feature : we had excellent refreshment in the restaurant and bar . Much is made of the design of the building , which is certainly quite unique . However there were other details where I felt the hotel fell short . The bathrooms were beautiful and the walk in shower much appreciated but the quality of the towels lacked something for a hotel of this calibre . Similarly the bed linen could do with improvement . The pillows were small and uncomfortable and the duvet not big enough for the size of the bed . These are all basic things in need of improvement . The hotel , on the banks of the river , is a shortish walk from the town centre and so is handily placed to access the attractions of Toruń .

I have called the hotel to book a room. The price with breakfast for a double room was 400PLN (800PLN two days). The receptionist asked to make a bank transfer of 400PLN to book it, and I did. We arrived in the hotel, made check in and had a nice weekend in the city of Toruń. I would say that it’s a bit overpriced but very clean hotel. The breakfast had everything and once we ordered from the restaurant the food was amazing. On the checkout I was asked to pay 808 (price for two nights plus a tax), which is the full amount. The receptionist couldn’t find my deposit. I had to show her my bank account to believe that I have paid in advance the 50% of the price. Getting here to leave a review, I realise that the price via booking is much cheaper than this one I was offered for the same type of room. Funny thing, the hotel does not provide housekeeping due to Covid except if you request it.

Hôtel bien situé en bordure de la vieille ville, avec un parking pratique et facile d’accès. L’ensemble des prestations est en revanche assez moyen pour un 4 étoiles et nous avons notamment déploré un accueil assez glacial, ce qui s’est accentué lorsque nous avons demandé de réserver un dîner dans un restaurant (4 Pory Roku) : on nous a affirmé que cet établissement ne prenait pas de réservations alors que nous avons vu, à notre arrivée à ce restaurant, que deux tables comportaient une étiquette mentionnant des réservations. A notre retour à l’hôtel, nous avons ensuite vu deux araignées dans la salle de bain : une petite et une autre nettement plus grosse. De telles choses peuvent arriver mais, en matière de qualité de service, l’accueil devrait être nettement plus chaleureux, ce qui est généralement le cas dans ce type d’hôtel….

Piccolo hotel che si sviluppa su più edifici, quindi cercare la camera quasi diventa un gioco, camere spaziose con bagno ampio e moderno. Servizio di cortesia: oltre ad una bottiglia di acqua anche il necessario per un the. purtroppo la sala colazione nel seminterrato soffre per il poco spazio (durante la mia permanenza ospitava anche i clienti di un altro hotel). Colazione quasi tutta salata. Unico appunto nelle aree comuni troppi oggetti (armatura, telefono anni 30 con tasti, grammofono) che forse creano una certa atmosfera ma non sono necessari.

I loved this hotel. It's an old mill right by the city walls. We stayed in the new addition, which is also historic and can be accessed by an underground tunnel. Really cool. Our rooms were very modern and up-to-date. I learned that the hotel name refers to the year Torun was founded. This place is great! At the time of booking, I recall reading somewhere about getting directions to the place, but by the time I got here I had forgotten - but here's an important tip - if you are coming by your own vehicle, look carefully at the Google Maps directions, as it led us right through the centre of the Old Town, down some very narrow alleys and what looked like a pedestrian street, and under a small archway. Avoid that route. Instead, drive the main road parallel to the river and access the hotel from there. Love this hotel!
